I ordered Miracle Sheets which are unopened and need to be returned. I have E-mailed and called the company many many times and no one has gotten back to me. The phone # just rings and rings. On Friday July 20 at 5:00 PM I placed an order for a set of sheets and extra pillow cases. I received an email confirming my order. When I looked at the confirmation, they had changed the color of sheets and pillow cases from the order that I placed. I ordered Navy ***** Sheet set confirmation said they were shipping Charcoal. Pillow Cases I also ordered Navy ***** They were shipping Sky ***** The amount was also $100 higher than my cart. I tried calling immediatley to either correct or cancel my order. No answer. Was told customer service was not available until Monday morning at 9am. I emailed immediately questioning the confirmation. then I sent another email cancelling. I called early monday morning to cancel. Did not get an answer. I kept calling several times. Finally got someone to talk to me. After I explained the situation, I was told she needed to contact fulfillment. She could not get anyone there to answer her. I finally got an email late on Monday saying that she could not cancel the order. But I could return for a refund after I recieve the merchandise that I did not order!Business Response

After receiving the complaint, our team promptly reached out to the customer and assisted in processing a return for the items that were not ordered as expected. In addition, we manually issued a refund for the Luxe Upgrade, as that option was not available through the return portal.

I purchased a set of sheets online in may 2024. Within the first wash the seems came unraveled and they has horrible balling up on the fabric. I contacted the company and they told me there was only a 30 day return policy, which I could not find in the website or my receipt. After much threatening emails, they finally decided to send me another set of sheets in September 2024 The problem is the very first time I washed them AGAIN they had the same exact problem. I contacted them immediately and they refused to do anything about it. I told them I wanted my money back for fraud and false advertisement. These sheets are supposed to be so special but they are completely unraveled at all the sewn edges and there are these ***** you get from flannel that make them so uncomfortable. We understand the customer reported a charge of $672 as fraudulent. After a thorough investigation, we confirmed that the order associated with this charge was delivered and received. We proactively reached out to the customer on May 19, 2025, to assist in resolving the matter and requested clarification, including a photo of any received items or confirmation of a courier claim if the package was not received.
Despite multiple follow-up messages, we have not received a response from the customer to proceed with a resolution. If the customer still requires assistance, we remain available and ready to help upon receiving the necessary information.

Miracle Brand changed shipper to ****** but did not provide tracking number or an accurate delivery date. They stated delivery date as April 23rd. The email provided indicated multiple shipments. The agent stated only one shipment and I had to get the name of the shipper and tracking number from her. She told me I had to file a complaint with ******. The ****** site indicated a delivery date of April 21. The package was left on a bench on lowest floor by parking lot instead of the mailroom as indicated by driver. Nor was it left by my apartment door. I was on vacation so neighbors looked for my package by mail area and also by my door. The package went missing. Miracle Brand agent said to file with ******. ****** states to file with shipper. I have been given misinformation by both parties regarding my missing package. I want a full refund.Business Response

Our team worked to clarify the situation and advised the customer on the necessary steps to file a claim, as required for package loss cases involving Amazon Logistics. However, upon further review, we can confirm that a chargeback was initiated and processed by the customer's payment provider. As a result, the order was refunded in full. Refunds typically take 27 business days to reflect, depending on the financial institution.
We followed up with the customer directly to confirm this resolution, and we understand that the issue has since been resolved.

Purchased Miracle Brand sheets using ****** on or about Saturday, February 22, 2025 for $111.72. Received the sheets promptly, however, discovered they were rougher than expected and, given the loose threads on the seams, concluded the sheets would not hold up well in the wash. Lastly, the pillow cases didn't feet our standard-sized pillows. Wrote Miracle Brand LLC on March 6th requesting information about return for refund. The company immediately replied saying "if you're willing to keep your order, we would be willing to refund you 25%." I replied on March 9th that "I would prefer to return my order for prompt refund." ISSUE: On April 1st, Miracle Brand LLC sent a "Refund Notification" stating that a "credit" would be processed back into my account in "3-5 days." However, both my bank and ****** show no transactions at all on or around April 1 from Miracle Brand LLC. On April 8th, I reached out about the status of this credit and was advised to check with ****** again. After asking for specific transaction records and *** for the alleged refund, I received a message on April 9th from Miracle Brand LLC that they had "submitted a request to have it [the refund in question] reprocessed by the team." As of April 10th 10 AM, no credit has been processed back into my account.Customer Answer

***** ***** placed an order on *********************** on February 6, 2025. She first reached out on February 19, 2025, requesting to return her order. Our team provided her with return instructions, including a link to initiate the return.
On February 19, 2025, *** ***** filed a BBB complaint. As a proactive measure, we reached out again on February 20, 2025, to assist further. Since she experienced difficulty processing the return, we processed it on her behalf to ensure it was completed correctly and that she would receive a full refund. We also provided her with a prepaid return label.
We followed up multiple times but did not receive a response. Upon checking the return tracking, the courier is still awaiting the item to be dropped off. If *** ***** wishes to proceed with the return and refund, she may return our email. Until then, we consider this matter resolved.

****** ********* placed an order on December 14, 2024. She contacted Customer Experience on February 7, 2025, regarding her order, and we informed her that it was outside the return window.
On February 14, 2025, *** ********* filed a BBB complaint. We proactively reached out again on February 19, 2025, and offered a replacement order. She responded on the same day, but after our offer, we did not receive any further communication.
To ensure we could assist, we sent four additional follow-ups, but we have not received a response. If *** ********* wishes to further discuss the matter, she may return our email. Until then, we consider this matter resolved.
