**** ********* placed an order on January 02, 2025. She reached out to our customer service team on January 13th expressing that she wanted to return the sheets for a full refund. Our customer service team responded on January 14, offering a 25% refund if she wish to keep the sheets. She responded with she wanted a to return with full refund. On January 15th, customer sent her a return link where she can process the return, and receive a full refund. On January 23rd, she emailed again stating that she wanted assistance for a refund and return, theatining to write a complaint in BBB. On January 24th our customer service team responded again with return link. On January 27th, **** wrote a complaint in BBB. On January 29th, we responded to her BBB complaint via email, offered replacement and did not hear back until February 4th with her email stating that she wanted to return the sheets for full refund. On the same day, we sent her the return link. She responded "thank you", and we can now consider this compalint as resolved.Initial Complaint

We bought Miracle Made sheets in January of 24. I sleep hot so I was looking for an alternative and these advertise youll be at the perfect temperature. Well, needless to say, the sheets didnt make any difference to my temperature. They are extra big so you sleep on creases, and the sheets come off easily on the corners of the bed. When I took them off to launder them today, I noticed the sheet was threadbare on my husbands side of the bed. Naturally, I emailed them and they said that since I didnt buy a wear and tear warranty, they will not be replacing them. Well, I will not be taking advantage of their goodwill gesture of 25% off a new set. Heres my customer service response: Hi *****,Thanks for reaching out! I bought sheets in March, and they arrived in April. They were over 200$. They ripped within 3 months, and the company replaced. I encountered the Same issue with the second set, and the company will not make it right, even though they obviously have a quality problemBusiness Response

Company states high quality product which is misleading and false advertising. They offer a short window to return product. Mine started ripping apart while sleeping. Not exactly $175 quality sheets they advertise. I sent pictures showing them they dont care. They already stole my money. Also they claim the sheets are cooling sheets which is also false advertising. I would like this company investigated for fraud. They refuse to do the right thing and reimburse me. On 6/7/2024 I ordered a set of miracle brand sheets for $119.00. At the time, they had a special offer of a 3 piece towel set for free. The photo was of a bath towel, hand towel, & washcloth. I received the sheets and a bath towel & 2 washcloths. I contacted the company & was told that they are sorry that they put the wrong picture on their website. In addition, I was told that the free towels were not their usual towels but instead a lesser quality set. There is only one type of towel on their website. Any consumer would assume that they would receive the actual Miracle Brand towels advertised on their site & that the towel set would be as pictured.In addition, they charged me ***** + tax for a warranty that I never ordered. Who on earth warranties their sheets? (They did refund this charge upon request.) An additional fraud was that upon ordering the sheets, I was offered the ability to upgrade to their Lux sheets. Nowhere on their website do they have two different types of sheets! I of course refused the "upgrade"!I expect to receive a hand towel as pictured & matching the 2 towels already sent.Business Response

These Miracle Sheets were piling up after about 3-4 washes. I washed very gently and used warm water and within no time, the sheets were so rough that I could NOT sleep on them. It was like laying on sand paper. I just don't understand how they could NOT back these sheets after paying so much money. They said I should have taken out the expensive warranty. The sheets are absolutely not as advertised. They do NOT fit deep mattresses, they do not keep you cooler at night, the sheets are not well made, have pulls all over both top and bottom sheets after less than year purchased. We bought 4 sets as part of a special, which included their towels/facecloths set as a gift for each 2 sets purchased. Based upon the reviews we saw, we were very excited to get these sets and donate all of our other sheets. I wasnt super happy with the first set we opened, so luckily I didnt give away all of our other sheets yet! The fourth set we opened, when I was putting the set into the laundry to wash before use, I notice that one of the pillow cases was ripped open at the seam. I contacted customer service and was told that because it was over 30 days since purchase (the order also took over 20 days to get to us) they couldnt do anything for us because we didnt purchase the extended warranty. I explained that it was a brand new as yet unopened set and all I wanted was a replacement pillow case. Still, would not help because we didnt purchase the extended warranty. On one of their ads on social media, I left a comment with a truthful review amid an onslaught of positive reviews. And my comment/review was deleted. I left another comment/review. Again, deleted. It's no wonder all of the comments on that post were so glorious! I honestly think most of them were fake. We regret the purchase because the product was very expensive and absolutely not worth the money. We gladly paid the money expecting superior sheets, and they are just NOT. The "normal" good sheets we have are much better and MUCH less expensive.Business Response

I purchased a set of expensive silver infuse sheets from this company in February 2024 after four months of use a large hole has developed from regular use. I contacted the company customer service and they told me I didnt buy their two year warranty so Im out of luck, the product is defective. Its very expensive and I want replacement.Business Response

I ordered a set of King ****** and within regular use they completely ripped in under 6 months. I followed the businesses care instructions and switched them out every couple weeks with a different set. These are the only sheets that this has ever happened too.Customer Answer
