    I have made 3 purchases from this company. Their Quiet 2 earplugs with medium tips (purchased April 2024) fit perfectly and did a good job at blocking noise. Fast forward to Sept when I ordered their new double tips, also in medium, which is marketed to provide additional noise reduction.The new tips arrived and they are a tad larger than the originals. Due to this, they do not fit well and provided less noise reductions than the original tips. No problem, they claim a 100 day return policy. I'll just exchange for the regular tips. Easy, right? No. First of all your shipping fees aren't refunded. Ok, fair enough. BUT they charge additional shipping fees to send out the replacements. At $4.95 x 2, that comes out to $9.90 on an item that costs $14.95. After chatting with the bot, and later customer service, who stated, and I quote: "you can return them for a full refund and no shipping fee" I decided to go that route instead,However, when I started the return process, a $4.95 fee was added to ship them back. No response from the bot/customer service when I brought this to their attention. They leave no option on their website to leave reviews without receiving "an invitation via email" first. As I stated previously, I've made 3 separate orders in the past year, and have never received this so called invite.
