    At this time, I have been contacted directly by Loop America Inc. regarding complaint ID ********, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    Loop reached out to me in a ******** comment and asked me to direct message them to resolve the issue. The offered me a refund but never gave me one and havent responded to me since making the offer.

    I ordered 2 sets of Loop Experience 2 Plus earplugs from this company. One set in Rose ***** The other in Sugar Plum. They arrived, and the Sugar Plum was a bright red color instead of the darker, muted plummy red depicted on the website. Wearing them makes it look like my ears have a bleeding wound, which is not the look Im going for the concert Im attending. Contacted the company and was directed to return/exchange portal. The earplugs cannot be exchanged for a different color. So Im forced to return. To return, I have to pay $5 to ship back AND shipping for original order will be deducted from refund. This is unacceptable since its THEIR false advertising that led to the purchase. The differences go way beyond colors looking different on a screen, too. I want a refund with no return shipping charges and no original shipping charge penalty since it was THEIR error.

    I have purchased an item from this company that I was not pleased with the quality. I want to return it to get my money back. I have read where they credited themselves on a 100 day money back guarantee. I have emailed them 3 times now to no response back. I have left a review in an attempt to get a response back from them. And when I call the number that they have attached to them it just plays hold music for 2 minutes and then hangs up the call. I do not know how else to get in contact and would just like my money back. This business model is a complete scam!
