    Placed multiple orders separately with his company November 20, November 30. Company stated the products would be at our address before Christmas 5 to 7 business days, the phone number that is listed only goes to voicemail. Nobody calls you back, the email address is provided for ******************************************************* takes 7 to 10 days for them to respond and its very vague giving a tracking number from ***** that does not move requested refunds several times with no help. I am out over $285 because of the business and I want others to know so they do not place orders with this business.

    This is in regards to order number ************* placed on 11/25/2022. Total amount is $72.85. I was under the impression my order would arrive before Christmas. It showed as being sent on 12/5/22 but is only in processing with no signs of being shipped. I've reached out to Gecko Custom but can't get a response. I just want the products I ordered or a refund so I can go elsewhere. It looks as though my Christmas plans were ruined by this "company".

    I made a purchase on 11/21. Their website showed **** days for delivery. *** sent multiple emails which have been unanswered, 2 voicemails left and no return call. I received a tracking number within 5 days of my purchase saying it shipped but 3 weeks later the tracking number still shows that it hasnt shipped. Now reading reviews about this company it is evident that they treat all customers the same.

    I placed my order 11/24/22 and received confirmation. Received an email 12/3 that it was shipped and a day later I received a shipping delay. I inquired for anticipated delivery on 12/5, but nothing definitive or helpful. The tracking link is pointless. Here we are 12/20 and no further correspondence and no product. I want my product or a refund.

    I received a response Jan 5 with tracking information and awaiting my order, but it has taken all

    this time. Hopefully I receive my order in the next few days. I placed this order months ago.

    I placed an order with this company on 11/21/2022. The order was confirmed by the company and advertised as being shipped within 5 days. I received confirmation that both items shipped (2 in order) with separate deliveries. First item arrived damaged; emailed the company which stated they would reply within 5-7 business days. They did not, emailed again, another 5-7 days passed with no reply. Second item never arrived; tracking information is not valid. Have now tried to contact them through various channels with no response from this company.

    They stole almost ***** #*************.ordered pjs for Christmas sent bogus emails saying it was coming on Nov 16, still nothing

    Order placed on 11/25 with claiming delivery before Christmas Received email 12/5 with tracking number Product hasnt left shipping location or its not being updated- shows 11/29. Emailed ********* times-I oh received a generic response once that there are delays and if the items dont come before Christmas theyll refund money Still no refund, no items, no response.

    On November 28, 2022, I ordered two items from this company. I received one of them on December 16, 2022. I keep checking the tracking information and the website, and there has been no shipping information for the second item. According to the website where I ordered, it was not yet shipped. I have reached out to the company numerous times via email regarding the second item, and they have not responded. At this point, I would just like a refund for the second item instead of wondering when it will be shipped.

    order number is #************* Order date 11/17/22 Order amount: ****** Sent proof of item to be printed. When item arrived on 12/8 it looked ZERO like the proof I approved. Completely unrecognizable. I wrote them regarding this issue on: 12/8, 12/13, 12/18, and 12/19. There is still another item in this order I haven't even received yet.

    This company is apparently out of business or permanently closed and still advertising and selling products. They take the payment, then never send the product and if you email, you get a standard email saying they will follow up but they never do.
