    I ordered pajama pants and received confirmation of shipment on nov 19. I received another email in December that my order was received and being processed. I emailed to ask the status because I was under the impression it had already shipped per the nov 19 email. No response. I emailed again twice this week Dec 5&7 but no response. The tracking number I was originally given said order not found but the newer one I received says it is just in process. They do not have a phone number listed for customer service, just an email address that no one answers. My order was $40. I am about to call my bank to unauthorize the charge.

    I ordered two shirts from this company. Customs shirts, one for my husband and a matching one for our dog. They say "shipped" but the shipping information has not been updated in 3 weeks. I have reached out to the company and they keep telling me to wait 10 more days. I am tired of waiting and would like my $60 back. This is absurd.

    I placed an order online on 11/30/2022 for 2 items as Christmas presents. Not one time during the order process or on their website was there notice of a cutoff date to receive by Christmas nor was I informed I would not receive the order by Christmas. I found this out after I placed and paid for the order. I reached out to company to cancel my order but they said I only had 4 hours to cancel the order as it's already in production but on their tracking it gives no status. When I asked for proof the order was in production the company stopped communicating with me.

    I ordered 2 shirts from this company on 11/9/22. I received a notification with a tracking number that it shipped on 11/11/22. It is now 12/3/22, 3 weeks later, and I still have not received it. This company has deceptive practices. The company appears to be located in the ** but they are really located in ***** which means their shipping times take way longer than they advertise. I ordered these 2 shirts as a birthday gift and the birthday is already over and I still havent received them. The product I ordered states that production time is 2-3 business days and shipping time takes 3-7 business days. If that was true, I would have received this 1 1/2 weeks ago. They lied. I have sent countless emails and all they do is send me the tracking number which just proves that I still havent received my order.

    I only received one of the two items ordered. When I contacted customer service initially I was assured my order was on the way. The tracking number provided showed the item was never shipped. I've tried multiple times since to contact them again both via email and the WhatsApp number provided, but have yet to receive a response. Apparantly I'm out $33. The product I did receive, a blanket, was of extremely poor quality material, definitely not worth the $60 price. This company is a scam.

The personalization of dogs name is so small you need a magnifying glass to be able to read it. This is a shady company. I have attempted to post a negative review so that others can be alerted, but they have it rigged so that the negative reviews are not posted. Never seen that before. Please post this negative review so that others are alerted to not do business with them.
