    I ordered an item on December 28, 2022. I reached out In around January 28 2023 about updates on the item as it still listed the item as being processed. It was supposed to arrive mid January. I was told they would be looking into it and asked to wait a little bit longer. I did with no change in order status. All Ive been told is wait for an email and it should take ***** hours. It's now March 16, 2023. *** reached out twice this week with the same responses and the item is still processing. I had to order it from a different supplier and cant even get an email from banggood to confirm a claim is open. the item is still listed for sale with updated shippining times. it does not say out of stock or anything to the effect. i cant even get an email of the chat conversations.

    In early December, 2022, I purchased a *************** from Banggood (order number *********). It took about a month to arrive. The package showed no damage, but the touch display screen was not seated correctly in the case opening, so not all of the display could be seen or touched. I contacted ******** and was told they could not contact their supplier due to the Lunar New Year. I waited two weeks and contacted them again. I was told to open the case and repair the screen myself. This surprised me, but I did it. Now that the touchscreen could be fully activated, I found there was no audio from either the speaker or the headphone ***** Once again I contacted them and was asked to open the radio up again to see if there were loose wiresthere were not. I asked for a refund. They offered $60 and suggested I take it to a repair shopat my own expense. I explained that for my $200 purchase I would be left with a defective radio and a loss of $140. They then asked me to check the cost of shipping the radio back to ***** because no refunds were possible without the radio being returned. I did this$46.50via ***** They then told me they dont recommend doing this anyway and offered $80. Once again I explained that this was not satisfactory and suggested they simply replace the defective unit with another. Today I learned that the were willing to give me $90 and **** Banggood points (100=$1). I want my money back! I have tried to work with them and explain my concerns, but all Im getting are apologies and minimal offers of compensation.

    Product purchased from Banggood on 2-14-23 through ***** Product: Digital Microscope G1200. The microscope does not work as shown in the advertisement, which shows it connecting to a PC computer. All attempts to contact ******** customer service were unsuccessful. A reply to an email complaint forum said to hire a lawyer to resolve the problem. All attempts to return the product for a refund were unsuccessful. This company does not care to provide any sort of customer service.

    I ordered a drone on October 7th, 2022 from Banggood.com. I was sent a defective product a few weeks later, and I requested a refund of $112.00 for order #*********. The business asked that I send a picture of packaging (attached) and a video of defective product. On November 5th. I sent a detailed video of defective device with explanation and demonstratoin (can not attach here). Then, they responded by asking that I take it to "a repair shop" and pay to have someone repairt. I am awaiting refund for order #*********; a defective drone. I explained that we will not spend money on an attempted repair, the communication stoppped. A full refund is warranted. Thank you.
