      Three months ago I ordered a RC helicopter. It arrived with a broken axle which prohibits me from flying the model. i contacted ******** and initiated repair/replacement proceedings. I get "gaslighted" every time I contact them regarding this issue. I've sent them all the required documentation and photos of the broken part, the packing slip, the invoice, and they even wanted pictures of ALL the tags on the box the helicopter was shipped in. That was just over THREE months ago. I'm told that they escalated my issue upwards and to await an answer via email. I have been told this FOUR times already and have yet to hear from them.

      Ordered an RC airplane. Arrived in a timely *****.However, when assembling the parts, I found one servo not functioning properly, which would have resulted in a crash. Tried to get the company to okay a return / refund, without success. Finally went through dispute process with PayPal.Now ******** agreed to refund - only if I box, pay postage and ship to *****. I am sure that will be costly, and time consuming. I don't feel I am responsible for any expenses since the product is defective. It is obvious ******** wants to make returns difficult enough so many will give up on returns.

      On Sunday May 26, 2024 at 08:38:09 I ordered ************************* Adults Gamer Ergonomic Game Reclining High Back Support ******************** Computer Racing Chairs 2022, $142.79. The 4 Jx16 screws were missing when I opened and laid out all the parts.I logged in to the Banggood on Monday, June 3, 2024, AM, uploaded the picture of everything shipped to me. The support team did not respond. Hence, I emailed Douxlife Customer Support, ********************************, and offered to pay for the missing screws. The support team emailed that Banggood Support would address the issue. I logged back in to Banggood website. The support team requested additional photos, particularly rf the *** label, ******* which I did, waited for a response. The support team NEVER emailed me, nor shipped the missing screws, and closed my ticket. ******** has received full payment for a product with missing parts.Neither Banggood for Douxlife Customer Support are addressing the 4 missing 4 Jx16 screws.

      I received a RC car from Banggood.com with a huge hole in the box. Looks like someone stepped on it or was hit with a great deal of force. There are some missing Items. I contacted ******** first explaining the package and sending pictures. They requested a video (************************************************) which I provided. They then only offered to "reissue the charging cable, sticker, manual and screwdriver". This did not include a "spoiler" that also attaches to the car. They made no mention of honoring the ****************** that I paid for. Also, they did not offer to replace the car even though I mentioned it appears cracked. I explained I do not want to open this and use it only to break and then not having a return or refund honored. I ordered this for my 7 year old son and I don't want to further disappoint him with a broken car after a short and unreasonable amount of time. I have been in contact with ******** for about a week and all they are aoffering is to replace some of the missing parts. I would be happy to provide the entire interaction with the site. I regrettably checked the Better Business Bureau website after I had problems with the order and noticed they are rated very poorly with a habit of ignoring refunds or returns. The item was only packed in a bag. No protective packing around it. I ordered two prior times to this and did not have a problem though. The car's retail cost is ***** before discounts. They are only offering to send the missing parts and not addressing the broken car. I have been in contact with them on their site and that has been the end result after a week. No resolution will come from my contact with them alone. I need help. They sent me a damaged product and will not take responsibility for it no matter how much I talk with them and evidence I provide. I don't know what else I can do.       Regarding the customer's current complaint and desired solution, we checked the communication records with the customer and the system refund record and learned that the customer initiated a chargeback to the bank on December 13, so the amount was frozen by the bank and was not enter our account.Now,We have contacted the customer to explained the reasons why he did not receive the amount,and the measures we have taken to solve this problem,and when he may receive the refund from bank.I believe the customer will be satisfied with our solution.

      I ordered and paid for JJRC X16 5G WIFI FPV GPS with 6K HD ************** Flow Positioning Brushless Foldable RC Drone Quadcopter RTF. The blades never spun to lift the Drone Camera does not show on remote controller needed to be paired with phone. Whole thing useless to me .It was ordered on Sept. 16, 2023 and order number is ********* the price was $93.83 plus return shipping of $28.85 total $122.68 Tracking number from **** is *************  . All I am looking for is refund of money out of my pocket of ( $122.68.) Thank you for your help.

      I purchased a Laotie Ti30 *********** electric scooter from *********************** for $1,407.59. After receiving the scooter and riding it briefly, the front motor stopped working completely. The product is advertised as having dual motors, so this means it arrived defective. ********'s return policy promises a full refund or replacement if the controller or motors are faulty. I contacted them multiple times to alert them of the issue and request a return. They refused and only offered partial solutions, asking me to get the scooter assessed locally at my own expense. I paid $65 to have the scooter checked at a repair shop per ********'s request. The shop confirmed the front motor and controller both failed and required replacement at an estimated labor cost of $170. I shared this info with ********, but they still refused a refund. Instead, ******** offered to ship replacement parts for me to install myself, despite having no expertise in this type of repair. Their messages indicate they acknowledge a fault with the device. I simply want a refund as outlined in their policies for receiving a defective product, but they are unwilling to honor this.I escalated the issue through PayPal's resolution process since the seller was unresponsive. PayPal also could not get Banggood to comply with a return. The company has provided awful customer service by refusing to stand behind their product guarantee and refund policy. Their actions seem unlawful based on the stated policy at the time of purchase.I am hoping BBB can take action against ******** for failing to honor their refund policy when sending me a faulty product. Their behavior seems deceptive towards consumers who expect companies to follow their own policies. Please let me know if any other details would be helpful in summarizing this complaint.

      On 5/27/23 I noticed a withdraw from my bank account from Banggood that I did not authorize for a "cross border" fee. I contacted ******** and they denied they charged. I snipped my bank statement (only the relevent part) which clearly showed the fee and told them how upset I was that they withdrew money from my account which they were not authorized to do. I stated I wanted to return all of the unused, still tagged, merchandise at their expense and I did not wish to do business with a company that steals money. They will not authorize the return and only offered 50% refund. They said since there is nothing wrong with the product, it is at my cost to return these items. The PRODUCT is not in question, the BUSINESS is! I do not want to be associated with or support the business! This is unacceptable business practice due to the fact that this issue stemmed from THEIR poor/illegal business practice of fraudelently withdrawing money from customer accounts. It might not of been a lot of money, but if they did this to everyone of their customers, I'm sure it would be in the thousands of dollars. I have kept all correspondence if you need them for reference and I am happy to return all items at ********'s cost.
