1 starI have not had any problems with zip pay until today 1/19/2024. There are two unauthorized transactions pending on my bank account for $551.20. **************** is horrible and could nor provide any explanation on why /how/ or where the charges were coming from. I spoke with 2 different people who just keep explaining the same thing over and over with no resolution. The worst part is the card the payments were posted on was not used for any transactions. I currently in tears and out of $1100, will most definitely dispute with my bank once the payments post. This is ridiculous!!Zip

1 starAWFUL!! Stay away. I used this service to buy gifts for the holidays. Or I was going to. It approved my 4 purchases-which are now all paid in full and I have canceled this app. I couldn't use my account so contacted their "robot" customer service. They never had an answers to what the problem was, no one to call, and not worth my time. Just want to let others know how awful this app is and yes I have 3 others that work great!!Zip

1 starI liked Zip *** until holiday season. A waiter at a restaurant made a mistake, he gave me a receipt that was cancelled. So I reported it to Zip next day, to make sure I don't pay for the rest of this. Weeks later, I was charged TWICE by Zip. I've contacted a representative to refund this. I was told to go back to that restaurant and ask for an old receipt, so they can process this refund which takes so much time for all over this.Zip

2 starsI never have problems with Zip until the holiday season. twice yesterday my banking account showed activity for 2 large withdrawals that weren't taken out of my account because of my security. Had I not had security measures in place more than $650 would have been taken. I had the same issue last year. Zip needs to be proactive with its security around this time of year. I have had to cancel my debit card because someone has my card number. If Zip is a call center it's more than likely it's an employee that has created another account thinking they can hit accounts and get them some big money during the holidays. It's sad because the people they are targeting like me, this would have caused a hardship and possibly could have made me homeless. I'm a disabled senior citizen and I've been there before. If those charges had gone through that would have been a big portion of my rent money. I would say be proactive around the holiday season when using any Buy Now ****************** Set your account up so that big transactions will not go through unless you authorize them by requesting to be notified.Zip

1 starAbsolutely HORRENDOUS customer service! I had an issue with fraudulent charges and it took them a week to tell me they didnt go through! No duh ******** I could easily see that on my end. Didnt need to wait a week only to be told that, and not even have my account hold lifted. I really enjoyed using this at first and told my friends about it. Since this incident, I have quickly retracted my statement to them and warned them of the inconveniences you guys provide. Theres no reason the customer service agent ******* should have left my account frozen if there wasnt anything to be worried of? Its just complete laziness on the customer services end. But thats fine, Black Friday is coming this Friday and Afterpay is a great alternative! Theyve never treated me wrong, so until I get a long apology I will never give zip another dime!Zip

1 starMy refund was on October 31st Ive contacted zip two times already and was told 13 days from that day. Cool, I wait I reach out after the 13 and was told 13 days again and I need to check with my bank. They might be the issue. I check with my bank. No upcoming deposits what so ever from Zip. Its the 20th they took out this morning for a payment but still no refund.Zip

While reviewing your concern, we did see that the refund was processed to your order on October 31, 2023! You should have received the refund amount going to your card within 5-7 business days of the refund date, and your fourth installment was reduced to $0 by your refund amount.

1 starThey never truly help AT ALL you ask for a manager and they consistently refuse to connect you over! Ive been waiting a whole month for a refund from zip for a cancelled order they say 10 days I gave them 17 days. You politely ask for leadership in which they refuse every time and give you the run around and play games with youZip

1 starAbsolute s*** show of incompetence and fraud I used them for 2 ******* payments they claimed fraud on 1 of them I already paid in full and fraud on the other transaction I only had 1 payment left to pay!So both ******* payments bounced back and I owed ******* $500 randomly on a Sunday and they cut my service off. dont even bother with customer service theyre just going to feed you BS and pass you off to someone else or say its a different department. I HOPE THEY BURN TO THE GROUND *************** clown showZip
