Worthy made me feel safe with the sale of my rings from start to finish! The customer service was excellent and always responded immediately to any questions I had. They made a difficult choice so painless, thank you worthy!

Zero stars from us. We've had a nightmare experience - we sent my engagement ring to them, assured that if anything were to happen, there was a certificate of insurance. Well, they appraised it for much less than what it was worth (paid around 6k for it), and they said to try to sell it for 1k. We had them send it back because the price was too low, and I also realized it was too sentimental to try to sell. They shipped it back in a ***** box, which we opened. We then removed the clear plastic bag containing the *** certificate and jewelry box and discarded the small ***** box. When we looked for the ring in the bag or jewelry box, it was missing. They said they taped it to the inside of the ***** box instead of putting it back in the original box, and it's our fault for throwing the shipping box away. The only way to know they did this was in an email that we hadn't seen yet. They are claiming no responsibility and are only offering $100 from *****. We are beyond upset, and don't think this was the correct way to go about things whatsoever. I would not go through them to try to sell anything based on the fact it could be stolen or thrown away "by accident" and nothing will be done for you.

I was very disappointed with the service. I was using the company to help me to sell my custom-made ******* ring. It is stunning. It is a 16 stone Schlumberger style ring. ********************** sells this ring. But it was made by a Belgium jeweler who has a wonderful reputation and does amazing work. They suggested a reserve price of $350. I saw much more worth in it so I made it $900. But it was originally bought for $3000. I received notifications from Worthy along the way that I should decrease the reserve price because its unlikely to sell at the reserve price of $900. that I had set it at. Well its in an auction right now and the highest bid is $912. So apparently they advised me incorrectly. And I could have gotten more out of it. Also, on the certificate, they had created, that goes along with the ring states that it is a knock off ring. Why would a company use such a description if they are trying to help me to sell it? Such a distasteful way of describing it. Why not use copy of instead of knock off? And why so much emphasis put on name brand? Why not look at the quality. If I could have done it all over again, I would not have gone through this company. I wouldve had much better luck selling it on my own, But I put my trust in them.

Can I leave a minus 1 review? These people are thieves! What country are they from? They list legitimate jewelry for less than %2.00. I am contacting the Attorney General of ******** and get them shut down! They spent more on advertising than the jewelry they steal!

Unfortunately I did not check reviews prior to going forward. First I have had the same experience as a few of these. I sent in a ring appraised at $22,000. They downgraded the ring then told me the comps were $5,000 which is in keeping with I learned prior to sending in my ring that worth of it is 25% of retail. After their appraisal I was told the comps were $2500 - $3,000. I set a reserve of $3,500 which was met. I really need the money. So far after 5 emails requesting information about payment I too like others, get excuses on why the 5 - 10 business day payment is not being met. The ring sold on 8/20/25. I have sent an email stating I expect payment on Monday, September 8. After reading these complaints I am no longer going to hold my breathe about a payment anytime soon. I will pursue other avenues if I dont receive my money in what I determine to be reasonable. Dont use them they lie and lure in people who are in need of money to just scam them.

If only zero stars were an option.Eleven business days later, still waiting for payment. Terrible follow up and impossible le to speak with a human being. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR JEWELRY. The only good experience will be before you send your items to be sold - theyll promise you a smooth and speedy experience. It will be anything but that.

When I saw the Company, Worthy. I got excited because I have a lot of natural diamonds, given to me, by my mother and havent seen a selling site like this. So I decided to, reach out about a ******, ring that I have. ****** rings are highly sought after. I sent the description and pictures of the ring. I got a reply from, a Sales Associate, stating that I was a VIP client. He stated that, he would like to have a video call, to discuss the ring. I tried to make an appointment, with the link, he sent. When I did that, it said, the ring had been sold. So I called, to ask why. The telephone associate, said that my ring was not a ring that, would qualify, or WORTHY, for sale. I asked to speak with the Gentleman, or for him to notify me by email. He did nothing!! No RESPONSE. He just left me hanging. I also patiently, waited for a response. I would have never heard from ANYONE, if I didnt make that call.. This is your, MISSION STATEMENTHERE AT WORTHY, WE STRIVE, THE VERY BEST IN SERVICE, TO MAKE YOU FELL ENTIRELY, COMFORTABLE, EVERY STEP, OF THE WAY. So Now! I ask YOU? Did this SERVICE, HAPPEN, FOR ME? I think, NOT! Now after, the fact, Im getting more and more correspondence, from a COMPANY, That I Dont THINK is WORTHY!!Regards,****

I sent my rings on July 7th via ****** They were appraise at $13000. They offered me less than $500. I asked my rings be returned. As of today, I have yet to receive the return of my rings. I have called, emailed and reached out and have not heard back from anyone. The ***** shipping says "shipping label created" but there's not tracking. Do not recommend.

They sold my 2 carat ring on 6/30/25 and I have not received my funds. Their website states 5 to 10 business days. I have emailed several times and only received one response that it's been sent to the financial department. No timely resolution as of yet.

One of the worst experiences ever even though they promised that it was going to be so easy. I sent them a $13,000 diamond ring to sell and threw in the matching band to the bridal set. After they got their hands on it, sent it to their *** etc. etc. they came back with a price of around $2700. I was appalled! To say the least. Not only that, but they downgraded it from a VS one to a VS two, insinuating that our family jeweler friend wasnt on the up and up all the years that we dealt with him, for decades. I am requesting that they send it back and I am hoping that its the same diamond that I sent to them because I did agree to let them unmount it. For whatever reason that was, it wasnt worth it!! By the way, Worthy is just a middleman that takes a percentage as a commission for securing the jewelry. Theres actually another platform that does all of it. Just an FYI. Sellers beware!!
