      I started receiving unsolicited emails from the Epoch Times starting on December 11th, 2022. I have never visited their website nor have I subscribe to any emails provided by the company.This is concerning not only because of the forceful way in which they started sending me their emails, but also because the Epoch Times is a publication of partial truths passing as news. I'm concerned people who may not have subscribed to it will continue to read the Epoch Times and take their articles as fact.

      I have unsubscribed from their emails multiple times over the last three months. They keep sending me emails and are a far-right news company that I had previously never heard of or signed up for.

      I have been receiving emails from Epoch Times for about two weeks. I have unsubscribed 3 times. I seem to have gotten a message on the screen saying my unsubscribe was successful, yet I continue to receive the unwanted emails. The date is now 12/10/22

      I note from my bank statement that I am still paying my subscription, yet I am no longer receiving your regular news reports. Perhaps the problem arose from the change of my email address in June 2022, from ************************** to my current address of *******************

      They have been sending me multiple emails a day for at least a month claiming I requested them. I never signed up for them. They have paid for or stolen an email list to spam people and request money for their slanted 'newsletter'. I accidentally clicked on one of their 'stories' last week and they immediately sent a confirmation email that I signed up for an account. I did not. I have contacted them several times asking them to stop emailing me and to delete all of my info, but they keep harassing me with their spam emails.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

      Having an account created for me because I accidentally clicked on your spam email is concerning but that's only a small part of my complaint. But I appreciate you deleting my info assuming you actually do. Your response doesn't address the fact that I started receiving spam from you for months before before you created an account for me when I accidentally clicked on one of your spam emails. So where did you get my personal email in the first place? I 100% didn't provide it before I started receiving your spam. Was my info on an email list you purchased with the intent of spamming people? Please stop spamming unsuspecting people who didn't agree to emails from you.

      I am completely uncertain how the Epoch Times received my email address, but I have unsubscribed numerous times, blocked and reported spam from this organization and still receive multiple emails a day. I am wholly uninterested in the product. My next step will be a cease and desist.

      Billed my credit with no authorization by me. Refuses to go back and refund prior submitted cancellation. Highly suspect billing practices Unethical and vey much against what the republican consumer should expect. Shameful and dishonest at best. Your billing department should be investigated and publication should have an injunction placed on it.

      Your subscription was started with your knowledge and permission in 17-Aug-2020. Then, on 05-Nov-2020 you called to cancel it. You agreed on this day to change to a $45 per year digital subscription. We've already refunded everything we can, except for the charges that are too old to refund. If you'd like to get free access to the Epoch Times for the time that you've already paid, I'm happy to help you out. You may call our customer service department at ********** to get a faster response from us.

      I have unsubscribed multiple times for the past 6 months and continue to get spam and unwanted emails from these people. I saw online other people have the same problem.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.  Except for the insinuating rudeness of their comment "dont' remember signing up for"  like it was my fault, and it was not even my complaint, it was not being able to unsubscribe.  I understand it takes at least 30 days but this went on for months, bombarded every day constantly.
