      My wife stopped the subscription to the Epoch Times in January (unsubscribed) and they continued to bill us. When we contacted them they said it was her fault that she did not cancel, but unsubsribed (which anywhere else is the same thing) and she could have gone to the website and gotten the Epoch Times. They would not refund for the two months and told her she had to continue paying until the end of this month.

      I've never visited, contacted, or otherwise subscribed to the Epoch Times or their website. I don't want to see their messaging or emails show up in my inbox, and I have no idea how they got my information. I'd really love to not have alt-right conspiracy theories show ** in my email inbox every week, but it seems like they're determined to ******* me (againUNSOLICITED) and never leave me alone, despite my repeated attempts to unsubscribe. Please stop harassing me with your propaganda garbage.

      AFter several weeks of receiving this MAGA't propaganda newsletter unsolicited, I contacted the sender and told them I wanted it to stop. Was assured that it would be 1-3 business days, but my email address had been removed from "all" their newsletter lists.I waited the initial 1-3 business days for them to stop, the length of time that they promised. Since a major holiday was the following week, I even waited an additional eleven days beyond that. Newletters are still arriving daily, more days more than one.

      I have reviewed the response provided by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. After observing for several days to confirm their response, it appears that they really did take action this time. The twice-daily spam emails have ceased.

      I am receiving dozens of emails from Epoch Times. I have never subscribed to that entity, and have no intention of doing so. I tried to unsubscribe, but I can find no way to do so I have tried repeatedly. They are littering my email account with their unwanted publication.

      I have never subscribed to Epoch Times and they keep sending newsletter emails. I unsubscribe each time I get one, but they keep sending them. I can not get Epoch to quit; loading my email with daily or twice daily posts. Have attempted to unsubscribe to no avail.
