Stay away from this company! This is at least the second time we have lost service and they make no effort to communicate with paying customers. They have a web page that shows status and it has been down since early May. Now they sent us a billing for the upcoming month with the service is still out. Tried every link option on their website to cancel our subscription and delete our account. Every attempt to exercise a link either fails, cycles back to the beginning, or just plain fails to go anywhere. Even emails sent to the address provided by them to cancel is retuned asking for the same information originally provided. All ****** attempts to locate their phone number failed, except I was able to them on BBB which included an address in ** as well as a phone number, but calling it takes you to a service that sells ******************* The only recourse we had was to go to our bank and report their questionable business practices and place a stop payment on any invoices from our credit card. I wish there was a 1/4 or 1/2 star rating, even then that would fail to characterize their incredulously poor service and product. I would vote for a legal investigation into their practices and finances.
