    They sell the product as an advanced algorithm that automatically adjusts bids and strategies numerous times per day and you can get amazing analytics inside the Quartile Portal In reality, they have a person manually make some changes that they THINK will work and then let ****** Performance *** do its thing. I wasnt happy with the process or the results so 2 weeks before the trial period was over, I told them it wasnt a fit for me and I dont want to renew. They charged my credit anyway and now wont return my calls or emails. My rep ******************* who called me many times while trying to sell me now will not return any of my calls or texts. They talk a big game but dont have the decency to follow up with a customer who simply wants to part ways. Be warned if you try Quartile.

    Terrible company, stole my money from me and didnt help at all with ****** Shopping, if anything made it worse. Sidecar being acquired by Quartile was the worst thing for my company and theirs. The high turn over in account management just shows how bad of a company it is for the customers and their employees. So glad to have finally cut ties after being stuck in an agreement with them
