    Quartile charged me after I canceled my account, and theyre refusing to refund it. I canceled my monthly subscription on March 24, 2025, yet they still billed me for another full month of service I did not use and did not agree to.When I contacted them, they hid behind confusing fine print in their ******************* claiming theres a 30-day notice period that begins on your next billing cycle. This policy was never made clear at the time of signup or cancellation.Let me be very clear:I canceled. I stopped using the service. I was still charged.Their Terms are written like a legal trap, full of vague, complicated language that makes it almost impossible for the average person to understand what they're really agreeing to. This is not just poor customer service, this is deceptive, predatory billing.Why would anyone knowingly pay for something they're not using? Quartile is counting on people being too busy or confused to fight back.If youre considering doing business with this company, be very careful. Their cancellation policy is a scam, and they make it incredibly difficult to get your money back. This company needs to be held accountable.

That said, we hear your concerns and will take additional steps internally to ensure this policy is even more clearly emphasized moving forward. Transparency is important to us, and we never want clients to feel surprised or misinformed. We respect your feedback and regret that we werent a better fit. We are continuing to run your campaigns through the end of the notice period, per your request, to ensure you're still receiving value from the service during that time.     I've wasted 1.5 years with this company whose performance was that of an amateur. They're not interested in growing your company just putting on a smiling face for the weekly/biweekly meetings and collecting their fees. *****!

    Warning: ************ Will ******* Your Business!This has been the most disastrous experience Ive ever had with a service provider. We hired this company to manage our ****** advertising campaigns, believing their promises of tripling our sales in 12 weeks. Instead, they have completely wrecked our business.Under their "management," our ACOS exploded to an astronomical 380%, while our sales plummeted by 26%. When I handled the campaigns myself, I achieved an ACOS of 36%, without any formal training. Their involvement has been nothing short of catastrophic.The lack of communication and transparency is beyond unprofessional. They repeatedly failed to provide the promised updates, and their inaction was evident in our account historythey barely touched our campaigns. It felt like they only looked at our account minutes before our biweekly meetings. Their negligence is astounding.Their excuses about market fluctuations and increased competition are just thatexcuses. Ive done my research, and our competitors are thriving while we suffer. This company has cost us thousands of dollars in wasted ad spend and lost sales. Their incompetence is unparalleled.If you care about your business, DO NOT hire this company. They will not only fail to deliver on their promises but will also actively harm your performance and profitability. I regret ever trusting them with our campaigns and urge others to avoid making the same mistake.Stay far away from this disaster of a company. They are a business nightmare.

    Mediocre performance that's no better than manual campaign management. Add on accounting irregularities, over billing, lying staffers who ***** ***** breaks and then pull them at the last moment... STAY AWAY from Quartile. Too shady to consider as a long term partner. It's a shame because we probably would have worked with them longer if they weren't such liars and looking out for their bottom dollar. Quartile will not hesitate to s**** you over for an extra dollar.

    Used Quartile for ****** ad-words management but after a little over 3 months noticed worse performance than before hiring them. Their responses to my concerns were not adequate so I terminated them whereupon they informed me that they would be charging me for two more months of service because that was in the contract.

    After an amazing presentation I was so happy to work with Quartile. I had such high hopes. But it now feels like a scam. Their promise is that you have to **** it up for 3 months while spending a minimum of 3K per month + their fees, their Machine Learning System will be able to optimize Amazon campaigns to their **** After 60 days and over than eight thousand dollars less and selling 30% less than I had before them, I got an email saying that they cancelled my account with no explanation at all. They just said that it was better for me. I asked for anything to compensate our loss but I guess I have been ghosted. I did not even get any data from them. My biggest mistake in all this was to not check them out in the BBB before and read all the reviews before hiring them.

    I have never purchased services as this company is harassing me with marketing. I received texts and calls nonstop. First from ****, now from ********. They will not leave me alone despite several notifications. I would never trust a company with unethical marketing practices to touch a single aspect of my business.

    My company has been using Quartile for a long time. But lately, its bidding feature isn't working properly. Spending money on it now might be a waste because it's not delivering results. They made the cancellation process harder as well.I strongly recommend not using Quartile. It will cost you a lot of money.

    Quartile seems like a good company to manage your PPC. However, after being a victim and talking to other sellers, each account manager has no experience. They do not know much about PPC, or any strategies to Increase Sales and Lower Acos. They charged me over $3,000 for Fees, while my Account was loosing Sales and had the highest Acos ever. The manager had no idea what she was doing, instead she would try and sell me on signing up for another platform as well. This is a sales company, waste of time and money. Now I am apart of a new more advanced PPC company, they have changed my whole business and increased revenue x2. Make the smart choice, do not choose this company.
