  ******* is exceptional at selling you the dream .. Never states that your idea will be successful, but is quite long winded in all the failed inventions that made millions . The endless rants about nothing that involves your idea , confusing at best .. the breech of contract is now the reason behind my bad credit score . Thanks for s******* me in the end .

  I chose invent help to try to get my idea out in the world and **** improve the quality of the workers using my idea. I introduced my idea to invent help and made an appointment to see ****** out of ****** in ***********. We met and she told me a bunch of things that were going to happen during this process. I tried to show her an example of my idea and she seemed like she was just trying to get me out of the office as fast as she could. She said she understood my idea and reassured me that things would be great and she would do her best to get my idea out there. Well I paid 750 buks and then she said in about 4 weeks I would receive my books she told me about. Well I got my books and the idea I submitted was not intense books. She completely got my idea wrong and in putting g wrong info in the first book made the attorney and the search done completely wrong so attorney said my idea wasaigh risk. So I told shryel that the info in first book was wrong there fore the second book ,which depended o theinfo in firstbook ,was wring snd gave attorney the wrong impression of my idea therefore he declined to support my idea. I told her all of this and she gave me a revised first book which would in tern give me a revised second book and **** change attorneys mind about my idea.so she told me to basically deal with the book that was right but I would not receive a second book based on info from the right first book and if she would have done the second book with the info from the right first book then the second book would be completely different and possibly give attorney a better glimpse of the potential of my idea. I asked for my money back and she has completely ignored me and won't answer and of myquestions. I think they just wanted my money and to shut me up.

  We are in receipt of the above referenced complaint. This complainant recently contracted with our company for the preparation of a Basic Information Package Report (BIP) and requested a referral to an independent patent attorney for a Preliminary Patentability ***************** The Basic Information Package report assembles basic information about an invention and the history of its development in a report format. In addition, a Preliminary Patentability **************** was conducted for the idea by an independent patent attorney to whom we referred his work. Our records indicate that these services were completed in accordance with our contractual obligations. The complainant requested revisions to the Basic Information Package Report, which were also completed. To date, the complainant has yet to pay for these services. Nevertheless, we recently reached out to him in an effort to resolve his concerns; however, he has been unresponsive to our attempts. At this time, we would encourage him to contact us.
