I was introduced to Desiree **** by the ********************* back in September of 2021. She's a marketing strategist. NYUL had conducted a 50hour cohort for marketing strategist to assist small businesses such as myself with marketing services. During that time I paid Desiree Reid & her Partner ******** ***** $800 to build a website with ecommerce. The name of the site is www.prescottwellnessgroup.com. Nov 2021 the site was completed and given to me with full access. I was able to create blogs, make changes etc. November 7th the 50hr cohort ended with NYUL. I was pleased with ******************************** ******** at that time so much I wanted to continue services and add them to my team as Marketing strategist. They presented beautiful strategy decks during the cohort and I understood everything they SAID they would do. In Dec 2021 I began to pay them $2400 per month to begin fully marketing my new brand ********************************** as well as my Product Line Hair Grass which was due to launch March 10, 2022. Dec, ********* I paid $2400 per month for marketing services, ***** services included social media marketing across all platforms, Content creation, Email campaigns, video campaigns, e-book creations creating blog content etc.. They weren't just supposed to be marketing products but the ******** wellness lifestyle. They NEVER PRODUCED ANYTHING. The first piece of work was given late Feb 2022, and I told them I didn't like it and that's when everything went bad. There was a lot of gaslighting. The recent Blog content they gave me to review was Plagiarized content and that is where I grew the line. I requested a refund. Desiree agreed to give me a refund today 03/18/2022. She has blocked me! and deleted all meeting recordings except for one in Feb. I made the following payments 10/22/21 $800, 12/7/21 $2400, 01/01/22 (the documents are attached. however I do not have access to anything in the turnover documents she sent me.
