      Several months ago, after completing a survey and receiving the promised cash payment, I was mailed 4 paper diaries for the members of my household over age 12 to keep track of our individual radio listening habits for a week. I followed all instructions for filling out the diaries, sealing, and mailed back the very first day after the diary period. I received at least 2 automated phone calls reminding me to send the diaries, but they had already been sent. I was promised a check in the amount of $10 for each completed diary, which would be $40. It’s been months, and I have not yet received the $40. I would like Nielsen to please pay the $40 since we successfully completed our part.

      Received a $350 check that I can't cash from the Nielsen Company because it keeps being declined for some strange reason and nobody seems to want to answer a phone to get this resolved I'm very unsatisfied with this whole experience.. every place I try says it has to be verified before it can be cashed and Nielsen Company reps seem to be on vacation and not interested in helping it took them almost two months to get it to me and now this is happening

      On January 21, 2021, Nielsen sent me a letter about doing a survey. After I completed each survey, i would receive $15 for each one. I sent back 4 survey in mid February, and I haven't received anything and it's June already. I've called them, and left a message but still no response.

      I have filled out a survey by Nielsen in the past and was given the money promised by the company for my response so I know they are a trustworthy company. My family was given "radio diaries" to fill out for a week in February to record our radio listening. Each diary was to be completed by each of the 5 members of my family for compensation of $15 each for a total of $75. I mailed the diaries within the allowed time frame (they had to be mailed by a specific Thursday or "shortly after" and I dropped them off at the post office on the Friday after). I received a call later reminding me to mail the diaries but I already did. I followed the instructions exactly for how to mail the diaries back (enclosing them in the correct envelope, sealing it, etc.). This occurred in February, it is June and I still have not received anything from Nielsen. My family and I are owed $75.

      I was chosen to participate in the Neilson surveys and has did everything they asked including the radio surveys. My household has not received our $45 as promised and we turned in our radio surveys in April. It's almost June and they made sure they called to see if I sent them in but hasn't sent the compensation. I would love to continue to participate but I would like my money as well! Please help!

      A few months ago I received a nielsen survey packet. Enclosed was a letter asking to participate in a radio survey. Fill out dairies for a few days and for each diary filled out per family member then in so many weeks after mailing them back, we would receive compensation. I know all my diaries were filled out and submitted within the alloted amount of time given because I received a post card thanking me for my participation and my bonus check would be sent. It's almost June and I have not received anything AT ALL. I've emailed them, called them and yet nothing.

      Since we participated in Nielsen's project for the pager devices that track how often someone listens to different radio stations, our privacy has been invaded. Our wifi has been hacked along with all our phones. Nielsen is affiliated with Commscope and AT&T and I would like to know why Pulseaudio along with Jabbers Private Protocal has any kind of access to our homes, vehicles and everything else. We've checked with the police department and are not under any investigations and were informed to contact you because the private company that has an illegal surveillance setup in our families home was supposedly authorized by Nielsen. If someone can contact me by phone ************ or ************ is a message phone that will assure I get contacted.       I told to this company before to SUPPRESS calls or mail surveys. What part is no clear to they? they stop for a while and start over again. Now they called every day (I report to the FCC) my number is register to DO NOT CALL but this business don't care.
