    Ordered on 3/30/23 a subscription On 5/13/23 asked for shipment details and was told to wait until the 8 week mark **** 25). The magazines never came. I contacted again on 7/9/23 and was told on 7/10 they would be contacting the publisher and would share that with you shortly. Today is 8/12/23 and have emailed for the third time. Wondering when I will receive a magazine or a refund?

    The 1* is because they change the price on the magazine to suit themselves. I'm not referring to foreign magazines; I am referring to many ** magazines which this store marks up by at least $1. As far as I understand, it is illegal to charge a higher price than what is listed on the item.

    Terrible experience. I ordered a magazine subscription to "The Ring" as a gift on July 30, 2022. Checked on the arrival of the first magazine at least 4 times. On December 15th, I told them I was reporting them to the BBB, and they sent me a refund. No magazines ever received.
