On 1/6/2024, I placed an order for a Leuchtturm1917 Notebook Master Classic (A4+), Hardcover, 233 Numbered Pages, In Color Black, to be shipped to an address in zip code *****. Order #****** Total Paid: $40.29 ($30.60 subtotal, $9.69 shipping)Tendered: MC ending in **** was charged for $28.29, and a second form of payment of $11.34 was tendered via Shop Pay Cash.Multiple inquiries have been made regarding the status, *************. of this item via email and phone to this company. No response has been made. No refund has been offered. The item still remains unshipped and unfulfilled. I expect a full refund within 24 hours of receipt of this complaint, before I seek further damages for time spent, distress, and to rectify an ongoing situation with this business, as it is clear from reviews and other complaints here that they are scamming people out of money. I would be more than happy to spend more than this item is even worth to take this business to court and take them out for good.Initial Complaint

I purchased a magazine over a month ago, they said it would delayed when I reached out a few weeks later. I reached out again last week, and there another apology for it being delayed. They said it will be sent within the week. Now when I email them, they are not responding at all. I want the magazine, or a refund immediately.
