    The absolute worst collection company, i received a court order in Oct , all them numerous times , left voicemails no one ever returned my call , send letters to the court , uploaded via **** the court initially set a court date then they submitted another document stating for the court no cancel my court date and award them judgement , called again and again to settle nothing ! I was only when they froze my bank account they returned my call but told me I had to make a full payment ?! Im a single mother of 2 struggling! I even when I. Their site and made a payment arrangement which they took the first payment , then my account was frozen and I was left with nothing , 3 weeks later they have garnished my paychecks , I now have a lawyer who cannot get a call back either from them , he even sent them letters but nothing yet ! I think their end game is to collect the most that they can , they dont care to settle or even have any type of payment plan to help anyone . Truly heartbreaking, I wasnt trying to get away from paying I just needed to do it over time . Feeling defeated

    Spoke with ****** regarding a debt on 4/3/23 and told her I would call back the 7th to lock in a payment plan. Have been calling for two weeks now and havent received a call back. Am trying to agree to their settlement offer to make payments and they will not return my calls. Very frustrating process. If I dont get a response soon I will be hiring a mediator to deal with them, as they dont even have the decency to return a phone call. Hoping this will at least get a return phone call from them.

    The absolute worst entity on planet earth. Somehow filed a motion for garnishment for an elderly mentally incapacitated womans funds to be completely depleted (all federal benefits from social security income which is legally protected monies) on December 18th, right before Christmas, no warning no written communication, nothing. I am her POA and have hired an attorney to progress this absolute horror that has been allowed to happen.

    I've made multiple attempts to reach out to ****************************** *** over the phone but haven't received any responses. My debt was assigned to this law firm, but I was prepared to settle the account. The receptionist gave me a file number, although she couldn't offer further assistance. I've now cleared the debt and require a final payment confirmation letter. After reading several reviews I see that this is how this firm operates. I would really appreciate assistance with getting this letter.

    I tried to make a payment a Month in advance , but the money was returned! I tried a Second time 1day before my actual judgement date & the payment returned again.. i ********************* but no one answered ,except one ******** was immediately sent to another voicemail..

    I made payments judgment and was told by ********************* that I would get a letter of satisfaction when I paid in full. *** never received the letter and my judgment is still showing. I have repeatedly contacted ******************* and *********************, but neither will respond. Dont engage with this law firm.
