    Im filing this complaint because there is a judgment that was wrongfully filed against me for an account with ********,N.A. that I did not open, authorize, or benefit from. The law firm ****************************** PA filed civil case ************ under my name, but this debt has nothing to do with me. THIS DEBT IS NOT MINE. I am a victim of identity theft, and someone used my personal information without my knowledge or permission. Despite submitting disputes and providing evidence that I did not open this account, a legal action was still taken, and a judgment was entered. That is deeply unfair and completely unjustified. Pursuing legal action against someone for a fraudulent account they never opened is a violation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) specifically, 15 U.S.C. 1692e, which prohibits false or misleading representations, and 15 U.S.C. 1692f, which bars the use of unfair or unconscionable means to collect a debt. This also violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). Under 15 U.S.C. 1681c-2, I have the right to block fraudulent information from being reported in my credit file. Additionally, 15 U.S.C. 1681b prohibits the use of a consumer report without a legitimate permissible purpose. Since this account is not mine, and this judgment was based on stolen identity, no party had a valid reason to access or report my information. I am asking for a full and immediate resolution. The judgment should be vacated and removed from all records, including court files, credit reports, and third-party databases. Any collection efforts tied to this fraudulent debt must stop immediately. This situation has caused serious harm to my name, credit, and peace of mind. I am asking the Better Business Bureau to help resolve this matter quickly and ensure that I am no longer pursued for something I had absolutely no part in.

    Tagency and **** is a **** collector. I do not dispute that money is owed to the ****** (***** Credit Card). The amount was heard in court and settled for the Lender. Teganlia and **** is deducting $1,000 per month from my account. I am simply trying to get in touch with them to discuss paymenet terms. My complaint- I have been trying to get in touch with ***** office for three weeks now with no repsonse at all. I have left several voice messages over the past several weeks. I feel that it is a simple resolution. I just need a response to discuss payment terms. Please helo with this. The courts nor the credit card can assist me with this. *********************** ************
