I spent over $100,000.00 on a custom kitchen which needed to be paid in full BEFORE Scavolini installed it. When they installed in November 2021, they agreed there were several missing pieces, several pieces damaged, several pieces made incorrectly. They said they would fix this and get everything corrected. They still have not done this and even though i provide a list many times, they do not give me any concrete information as to the status and when they can complete the job. They simply say they will compete it. Nothing more.
