  Blood diamonds from ************, he profits off their resources and labor. On social media, Trax i assume, is upset because recently evidence was made known to public that, trax was in ************ to take gold from them. He works w swiss and indian countries that already have a foot in the blood diamonds business. This is all publicly available information. All found on sewerbum tiktok. Ontop of TRAXNYC reponds digging the whole deeper stating that he was invited by the county officials but no evidence was given. DONT PURCHASE ANY DIAMONDS OR METAL THEY ARE STOLEN FROM ************ SOURCES TIKTOK ***************************************** eastern eye

  My Boy, The Bronx Logo got His Custom Pendant from TraxNYC and it came out Official. So its only right that I got My Custom Pendant from them too.The Process was Smooth from Sending an Email, to having the Privilege of being Introduced to ****** to further Assist Me. ****** was Cool, Energetic, Professional, ***************** to Bring My Custom Pendant to Life. Not only did the Pendant come out DoPe But the Chain that I got is Official too. I had to make sure that the Pendant & the Chain is a Perfect Match, that ******************************* are Responsible for. ****** will be My go to.I also had the Privilege of Meeting Maksud on the Way Out. TraxNYC has a Good *********** Welcoming.   I made multiple purchases with this company. They sent the first two items. One being a gold chain in the amount of ****** on 12/27/2023. On 12/21/2023 I purchase a gold cross in the amount of ******. I returned both of these items and the store told me they would not give me a refund, only store credit. I used the store credit to purchase a gold sharks tooth with an additional ******. Making the entire purchase amount of *******. When I made the purchase on their website it did not state that it was a custom made piece. They told me it would *********** to 8 weeks to complete. I have waited 10 weeks for the item to be completed. After week 8 I called to find out the status of my order. I was told the order was completed and would be mailed out at the end of the day on 03/08/2024. I awaited the items arrival but did not see a tracking number for the item provided. I called the the following monday on 03/11/2024 and they stated that the item was not finished. I immediately requested to speak to the individual (******) who told me it was in the mail room and getting mailed on friday, she was of course busy, but I was assured that the item would be completed by 03/15/2024. I contacted the store to check if that was true on 03/14/2024 and was sent a picture of something not even resembling what I paid for. I asked if that was the culmination of a 10 week effort, they did not respond. I was told the product would be completed and mailed on 03/18/2024. I have spoken to them and they did not give me an answer. In total I've waited over their asking period, they will not refund the previous purchases credit to my bank account nor will they complete or ship the product I've paid for. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and deal with mental health issues, I feel that they may have taken advantage of me and have scammed me. I would like a resolution to this issue in either the form of the product I paid for in it's completed and advertised form or a refund for the total amount of $*******.

  So after a month of waiting for my bracelet i finally get it in to my possession only to find out the sent me a 10k gold bracelet when I ordered a 14k. I have reached out to multiple people like ***** who was my jeweler and even his supposed boss and have yet to find a resolution to my problem and it seems like they are just ignoring me at this point. These guys are extremely unprofessional I would not recommend anyone do business with them at all.Save yourself the money and go to an actual reputable jewelry store and not this social media jewelry store.Purchased a Diamond gold Cuban bracelet and was told it would be ready in a about two weeks. It is now going on almost a month now and still nothing.This is a piece i really wanted to have in time for my birthday and I feel like i was duped in to purchasing the bracelet by being led to believe it would be here in time. Very unprofessional

  I would rate them NEGATIVE 5 STARS if I could. I actually may take legal action just to save someone from being scammed. They are liars, cheated me out of money...I have asked for a managers email so that I can send screenshots of a conversation I had with staff...no one will give me info, and I was blocked by their website... they basically stole my money...
