      Date of transaction: 12/19/23 Order #******* Amount paid: $1534.95 I have emailed Trax 5 times to request a refund less 25% for a "restocking" fee. I realize their policy states no refunds or the money can be used towards another item, but there needs to be special circumstances for people like us. My husband lost his job and we have a 20-year-old special needs son who requires specialized formula and diapers. These items are very expensive. I've contacted Trax 4 times via email and explained our situation. I also said that they could deduct 25% for the inconvenience so they can get a small profit from us.I've heard nothing and it really shows their business practices are lackluster.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.

      Trax and company have been more than helpful with this matter. The full refund has been issued to both of our accounts. Please considered this fully resolved and I give the company an A+++ for their prompt response.

      Self employed. I purchased a kool glide. From a retailer in ********. Under believe the warranty was with them .the iron fail 3 week before my warranty end so I was told it was under warranty. Cost me shipping back to receive a new iron. Failed on the 3 job was told it still under warranty 60 to send again 150 too receive my new iron. So 400 dollars in shipping cost would like to return for full refund. As I don't trust iron. And costing be move money. Cheers. Not at tall satisfied with warranty. .

      I attempted to cancel order #****** today, 3/30, texted *** and ***** with Traxnyc, both refused to cancel. Previously, ***** offered a different item with $150 off, which appears to be a bait and switch scam, declined his offer and requested to cancel...He refused as well as ***, my sales rep... ***** was paid with ****** whom was notified of cancel requests, denied, dispute filed .. Further, my own bank was notified of cancelation requests, dispute filed with them as well.

      I purchased a gold ring with diamonds that was a size 10 the biggest size on the website it said it would be ***** grams but would slightly vary on size of ring when i got the ring after waiting 5 days after deliver date it was 13 grams. That is a 3 gram difference that is not slightly they make the rings there and no how much i paid for it and took short cuts. Very disappointed with this company 2nd time i bought there first i paid cash and was happy 2nd and you guys took advantage.

      ********** ************************************** Diamond District ************************************ attempted to do business with TraxNYC and salesperson **************** through his at the time fianc completed a purchase of 10k.**************** was the sole negotiator of the purchase and it was purchased for **************** as an engagement gift. The deal was for 70 grams, 17 carats, 3.5 mm, Sv1. The chain looked noticeably smaller than promised. The deal was negotiated during the pandemic over the phone. Mailed to Virginia **************** negotiated the specs and entire deal and chain was given to **************** upon receiving it from carrier. **************** eventually married *************************, and as the relationship detiorIorated, **************** began paying ************************* ***** per month with latest payment in September. This necklace has always been in Dr. ******* possession. The necklace broke recently and **************** notified *************************. **************** has repeatedly voiced his concern regarding this purchase. The quality of the diamonds and the size of the diamonds was a major contention. This displeasure was brought to sales man. Eventually a 750 credit was given to ****************. Acknowledging that the stones were not 3.5 as repeatedly stated. The salesmen promised and provided a ****** appraisal. Over the phone the sales person was trying to negotiate a un reasonable deal. How, can you offer me **** for a chain I paid ******. I found the communication to be short. I ask that you look at the video from September 13th closing time and beyond we were last in store. Another manager came and promised me 10k- plus my store credit. He corrected the sales person and said it was c*** and would be scrapped they would make a new change with original specs. But I would have authentic ***** store credit. The sales person, walked the sales manager away from customer. The sales person was agitated. Upon leaving the store I did not like the looks of individuals loitering in front of the establishment.
