I made a purchase on July 21,2023. I received a email from Harlem bling to complete my purchase after I already purchased my items. I have an account created with them and under orders it says no ordered has not been placed. I contacted them via email and no response yet. My order number is #****** have not heard anything on shipping and I'm starting to get concerned.Business Response

On May 9th 2023, I made an online order for a 3 mm silver rock chain from ***************. upon arrival, I measured the dimensions of the chain and the width of the chain is 2.2 mm, not 3 mm, which I assumed was a mistake but my assumption was wrong. Upon emailing the company in a request for the correct chain, they proceeded to inform me via email that their 2.2 mm chain is there 3 mm chain and is rejecting a replacement claim. I have photo evidence and screenshots of all emails in which they admit to it being a lie.Initial Complaint

Beware this seller, He sold me a used Chain, it passed the **** Authenticity Guarantee trash WOW. when I got the chain there were scratches on the back of the chain. Took it to a jeweler and he stated that the chain was used. A new chain should be shiny not full of scratches on the back of the chain. What crazy I had a good experience once with this seller. Until Now Also, it takes the seller 4 days to respond. He stated that I can return the item and re-purchase but I Used an **** promo code that took off $150 now if I wanted to re-purchase I would have to pay more for the item. Instead of making it right, he didn't care. I just want someone to call me I just want to understand why they try to pull a fast one on a returning buyer. Just make it right!!!Customer Answer

I bought several pieces from this company over the course of 5 months. A watch, teeth grill, 2 silver rings, 1 gold plated ring, a silver bracelet and gold bracelet, I did not wear anything immediately but when I first wore the watch a stone fell out, and then next a stone fell out the grill, the bracelet fell apart the same week I bought it and just out of nowhere and the gold plated jewelry faded very quickly, the seller will not respond to any of my messages, very bad craftsmanship would not recommend to anyone that wants pieces made to lastInitial Complaint

On 3/24/23 I purchased a tennis bracelet and chain along with several other items including a Cuban ring. A couple days later I informed Harlem bling that I did not want the Cuban ring. I received a receipt acknowledging the request. Unfortunately all items had been returned without notice. I informed that I would willing to repurchase everything. I wanted Harlem bling to honor the promo since it was a mistake on their end. I sent several emails on march 29th and have not been answered. Ordered an item with Harlem Bling. A silver pendant. They sent me a gold version in error. I returned the gold pendant and they said they received it and would mail me the correct silver item.
