After a delay in response, I obtained an RMA to return a silver chain ordered 01 May costing $220. The width of the chain needed to be one larger to hold the custom made pendant holding my recently deceased daughter's ashes. Thankfully I used my own **** return tracking as they initially denied receiving the chain, delivered on 10 June. Wednesday May 14, I purchased a Tennis Cross for a total of $481.95. I an extra $50 for Same Day Handling and Overnight Shipping. It is now three days later. The item is still awaiting shipment, and I have emailed the company twice and I have received no response at all from the company. I ordered a pendant t from harlembling.com on May 1st, unfortunately I ordered the wrong one so I immediately contacted them to cancel the order (they have not way of canceling the order on the customer side of the website) I sent an email and I also managed to get the owners phone number and I reached out to him. This man has called me "**** ****" and anything under the sun and says that will delay my refund for mo ths after I told him that Nobody had responded via email after days of sending it. He makes his company appear huge online, when he got nothing but a room and a couple of boxes of merchandise and he handles everything himself. That's the only thing that's logical to me as it shouldn't take a company more than 1 week to respond to an email. He has insulted me and called me everything under the sun and I want a formal apology and my money returned. I opened a chargeback with my credit card company and sent them screenshots of all our texts but he says he's going to delay me refund for months to show me a lesson. This is a child ***** behavior. On 11/1/2024 I bought a gold plated bracelet and chain from this website, before purchasing i emailed the company and spoke to the jeweler , i asked if the gold plating jewelry was durable and he told me yes it can last for years, and the gold plating faded in two months!! I took great care of the jewelry never went into water with it, or sweated while wearing it, never had any chemicals touch it either. I asked for a refund for store credit so i could purchase real gold on their website instead and they denied me, false advertisement do not buy!!Initial Complaint

The date was 3/31/2025, I paid $800.72 to www.harlembling.com I purchased jewelry, in which I received the pieces; however I wanted to make a return. I sent back the items with the given return label. The items were received on April 8. Their website says it takes 2-3 days to process the return and issue store credit. I have not received any store credit and it is April 15th. I tried to contact them via email *************************** , in which they acknowledged that they have received my return, however they told me to wait until my store credit was issued. I waited and no store credit was issued. I have been emailing every day for them to help but they ignore my emails. They have taken my money and my items. On Dec. 12th, 2024 I purchased the MOISSANITE Dog Tag Iced Out Pendant - 14k Gold Vermeil 925 Silver - 3 Sizes 1.5"-3.5" with the Extended Protection and Shipping Protection Plans from *************** in the amount of $763.77. The item was received Dec. 23rd, 2024. After receiving the item I determined it wasn't what I expected therefore I submitted a return request (RMA #********) that was approved on Jan. 6th followed by return instructions. I then returned the item shipping via **** back to Harlembling which they confirmed receipt via email on Jan. 21st acknowledging that another email will be sent once the refund or exchange has been completed. Since I've made two attempts requesting the status of the refund. The first attempt was on Feb. 4th which I received the response, "Your return is under manual review and we will be issuing your refund once reviewed." My next request was submitted on Feb. 25th to which I've yet to receive a response. I'm simply looking for a refund back to the card that was used to process the transaction.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction: 2/19/25 Amount spent: $1619.93 The business committed to provide me a Moissanite 8 - 8mm bracelet and a moissanite 20 - 16mm necklace, fully soldered links. I received my chains I was initially happy with my product but decided I wanted to change the lengths. Upon packing the return I realized none of the links are soldered as advertised. That is a big issue for me as this was the main reason I purchased from Harlem Bling. They were responsive when I had general questions, but now that *** reached out with a complaint regarding the non soldered links, I have received no responses. I no longer want to exchange the items and would like a full refund. They charge a restock fee and card return fee. But I feel I am not responsible for the fees as the items sold to me do not match the advertised description. Im seeking my full $1,619.93 refund. Ive received confirmation that my return was received but have yet to receive a credit. I no longer would like to move forward with an exchange/store credit or repurchase with this company as the lack of customer support and the false advertisement is misleading and a red flag. I purchased a gold grill from a store Harlem bling the owner told me that he was under the same umbrella as trax nyc he received a payment for a little more than $400 and he never gave me any type of confirmation text or email never gave me aorder number or any shipping information. I called my card holder, trying to get a reimbursement for the money, but when my card holder contacted his business, they and said that the product was already shipped and delivered. I am extremely upset that he is posing as a co-company of a dependable company. Meanwhile, he is robbing people for their money. I really appreciate what I paid for. I could have got them locally, but due to him, convincing me about the quality of his gold grill I decided to spend money with him, and unfortunately, I am left without any proof of payment. Its basically his word against mine and he is claiming that he knows nothing of the situation and that is a complete lie. He told me personally that he and traxnyc have the same owner and work together I have tried to contact them numerous times. I have even tried to contact the Better Business Bureau and they say that he is not aligned with the Better Business Bureau. I received a 20 14k gold cuban chain from *************** on 12/7/24 via **** and returned for store credit shortly after (i only tried it on once). They received it on 12/18/24 and has been under review since. Ive emailed them several times and only get a response half of the time. On 1/14/25 they even said: Your return is under manual review right now and we will get back to you ASAP! i no longer trust they will give me store credit and am seeking a full refund with no 20% restocking fee.Customer Answer
