Refund and Exchange Policy

Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to gather opinions from friends and family about your purchase and make sure you made the right decision. If for any reason you are not satisfied you can return your item in its original condition, within 30 days of the date of shipment for a refund or an exchange.

We do NOT refund:

- Customs Taxes & Duties on return international shipments.

- Custom designed jewelry (special order) that we altered or personally made according to a client’s designs.

- Color Enhanced Diamonds custom-made by Color Process upon a client’s request.

A 15% restocking fee may be charged on:

- Eternity bands and tension rings that cannot be resized and must be completely remanufactured.

- Engraved or Laser Inscription items that we personally engraved according to a client’s request.
