Don't do business here. My fianc ordered my engagement ring from Nev on Etsy. It took a long time to arrive, he had to follow-up multiple times but it did in fact arrive and is beautiful. We decided to order the matching wedding band and reached out via e-mail because the Etsy shopped was closed. Nev reported he had switched to a website and Shopify instead because of problems with Etsy - cool, fine. He offered to be nice (so I thought) and have us pay him through Venmo and send a receipt from Shopify to avoid shipping costs and fees, so we did. He also offered to resize my current ring for free. That was on 10/15/23.10/18: asked for the prepaid label and he reported he was waiting on ***** 10/23, 10/27, 10/30, 11/8: followed up repeatedly for update; he said he had COVID and would send the label on 11/8 11/14: followed up again as we still didn't have a label and he said he sent it through ***** 11/20: mysteriously his website is down and he reports they are doing 'updates' (it's still down in Jan...)12/1, 12/12, 12/14: asked for updates, still no label to send my ring to resize and no update on my new ring; magically the label appears on 12/14 in our e-mail after we've asked again for an update; reports the ring is finished and will ship it on 12/18; I asked for a tracking number when it was shipped 12/19, 12/21, 12/22, 12/26, 12/27: still no tracking number and no package; he said he 'figured out the issue and he will sort it out'12/29, 12/31: reports that he will "ship it overnight no later than Wednesday at 12"1/5: still no package; reports he had COVID (again), the flu AND strep. reports he shipped it 1/4 and paid 'extra for Saturday delivery 1/6, 1/8: still no package; finally sends me a tracking number on 1/9 that says 'label created'1/19: package has not arrived and label still says created; ask for a refund 1/23: he reports sending us a refund through shopify which as of 1/31 we have yet to recieve I just want my $600 back so I can order a new ring!
