I have been given such a go around in regards to my end of service and being able to access my Voya funds. My former employer has verified and proven to me that they have sent Voya all required documents about my end of service, and Voya has done nothing to help. I just keep getting told they have to ask a supervisor or I get told to just wait. But this is in the hands of only Voya. I should have access to my funds and accounts (457 and ***** , and I absolutely do not and even after I gain access, will still have MORE waiting time. I have been on the phone with them for HOURS all week with zero resolution. I am unsure of what else to do.Business Response

Be warned, getting money out of Voya is a miracle. I have been trying to transfer my 401K account to my ***. The funds offered in **** are very awful. I requested a form and they say they dont have one but then can do it over the phone. I was piecemealed from a *** that I could not understand (poor english). Finally, I requested a supervisor where I was put on hold for 45mins and then disconnected. Its obvious that they are making this extremely difficult to withdrawl funds. Tell me what I need and I will gather everything so that we can do it over the phone. Nope, nope Voya wont do that.Business Response

In January 2025, **** took over administration of my COBRA benefits from a previous provider.Since that date, I have paid all required monthly premiums for both myself and my daughter for *********** and Vision. Despite continuous payments, my vision account was not reinstated, and neither of us have received any covered services for over seven months. I have contacted Voya repeatedlyby phone and email. I was told the matter would be escalated to a supervisor and that a support ticket would be created. Each time, I received only generic responses and no real action.I also contacted ********** Blue Shield and eyemed. Both confirmed that no information or payments had been received from Voya, and therefore they could not activate my coverage.After further escalation, Voya acknowledged the account was never properly activated and promised to expedite the correction. As of today, eight days after this expedited request and seven months after initial payment, there is still no resolution, and Voya is now refusing further assistance, claiming the problem is not theirs.I demand a Full Refund I demand a refund of all premiums paid for services not rendered, dating from January 2025 to present, for both myself and my daughter. Out-of-Pocket Reimbursement I request reimbursement for the cost of my vision prescription and glasses for both of us, which I was unable to obtain due to your failure to provide coverage. Written Explanation Please provide a clear, written explanation of what happened, and why my account was not activated in a timely manner. This experience has caused undue stress, loss of access to essential vision services, and financial loss. April 1st - Gall Bladder Issues - admitted to hospital at around 03:53 A.M. - into a pool set of rooms - non ICU. Discharge at 14:13. Had gall bladder surgery with recovery on April ************* decided this was the best course since more than likely I would return sooner than later with same intense pain and regurgitation. Aspirus - for whatever reason will not change the billing to include complete room stay hours. I tried multiple times to have them include a statement or something - they said everything is in the medical records which were provided to Voya and they do not bill on complete room hours.Deny is included which states I was not in the hospital more than 4 hours occupying a room. From the time I was admitted 03:53 to the first ******* acceptance 09:54 was more than 6 hours. Between those time I received pain meds and many tests to locate issue.I believe I am owed the hospital indemnity insurance payout ($700+) since I met the criteria, I just can't get hospital billing to put it on a bill.Business Response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Yes, they previously sent the deny letter which I provided to you. It states I was not in a room under doctors care for more than 4 hours.
This is inaccurate since I was confined to a room in doctors care for well over 4 hours.
Yesterday, Voya contacted me and I had to state in a letter that I am appealing due to hospital billing does not bill by hours in a hospital room. I completed this today as they requested.

7/7/2025 Wanted to take a withdrawal from by 401(k) with Voya, but the automated system sometimes does, and then does not, recognize my Social Security number, and then it puts me through to a customer representative who either "can't hear me" although everything else on the system does, or who can't help me because "the system is undergoing maintenance."Business Response

To whom it may concern, for almost 2 years, my $23,549. has been stolen by ******* *** at Voya Financial. ******* *** and Voya Financial are making commission and expense fees monthly using my $23,549. Voya Financial and *** **** as well as their team at Oahu Transit HR department, is forcing me to wait 10 years to access, or rollout my money. It is my money, I have worked very hard for it. I did not sign up to have employee contributions stolen, by using a fictitious clause in the paperwork. The fictitious clause that was never revealed to me, nor other employees, which should have been disclosed. I believe that *** **** and Voya Financial is scamming myself, and other ************. Yee often sets up a table soliciting employees, giving them fraudulent information, intentionally misleading employees, as well as withholding, vital information.I believe that Voya Financial and *** *** are running an investment scam, under the guise of a retirement plan.Voya financial has orchestrated the theft of employee contributions at my place of employment. Using a factitious clause in their paperwork. to sees employee contributions.The Better Business Bureau is my first attempt to get my $23,549.59 released from Voya Financial.I believe that *** *** is committing fraud, being untruthful. I left ******** abruptly due to domestic violence my last day at work was June 13 2025 I been going back and forth with these people since I got to the state I fled to just to get my money I worked hard for and all they do is act like its not important ! They dont have a section for domestic violence on their list of crisis but they got eviction and other topics wich is less important than a persons life which is terrible then they called the police to my old home for a wellness check knowing I dont live there anymore then acted like the didnt Unfortunately the officers knew who I was and call to let me know that voya financial called and even gave the police my number ( crazy) Me and my kids are living out of a car for the past weeks because the money I have in my account was to be used to get us place to live I explained that to them several times but still nothing this company has no compassion for and persons who experiences any violence or trauma to their life If it was up to me and I had a company or business I will never deal with this crazy cold hearted unprofessional company because they dont value a persons life and they seem to think its ok to hold someones money that they worked for And most domestic violence is one of the number 1 reasons people die in this country It can happen to women and men Too bad voya doesnt acknowledge it as an emergency crisisInitial Complaint

**** consistently keeps asking for the same documents that were provided for a Critical Illness claim and delaying payment. I have submitted the requested information in which the claims representative continues to ignore. This has caused additional financial hardship during a medical crisis.
