1 starI invested in Arrival and brought 188 shares, was invested for over 545 days. Now its showing I have 5 shares and invested 41 days, this is a total lie. Per other reviews on the app the same has happed to others that invested in Arrival. Im am diligently finding ways to expose this injustice. I wish I could give not stars, this how bad I feel about this company.

Hi Monica, Thank you for your review and feedback. Arrival (ARVL) underwent a 1-for-50 reverse split on April 14, 2023. In a reverse stock split, the number of shares held decreases while the price per share typically increases. This does not change your overall position value. 1 starThis company is the worst! They have no problem taking your money, letting you invest it and make trades, but when you go to withdraw any large chunk (say $3-4000) all of a sudden there are lots of delays We need to verify your bank account again, we need to verify if your debit card matches your bank statement Then after I submitted bank statements and my drivers license AGAIN, now they are experiencing technical difficulties and I still cant withdraw my funds!!! Please, they are clearly investing my money elsewhere and trying to make a profit off of it instead of allowing me to withdraw MY FUNDS. This place is the worse and ****** learned! Use a large, reputable company next time so you dont have all these random delays when you go to get your money out..Public.com

1 starI would give less stars if I could first public was stealing money from me by not buying when I try to then they were stealing it in tips. Now I cannot withdraw money cause I bank at rogue credit union. From day 1 they took pennies upon pennies per deal then started taking dollars public is a scam get gone quick.Public.com

1 starFRAUDULENT! Do NOT use this app! They are stealing money from their users. They've taken over $300 of my money so far and I'm trying to fight it and get my money out. Robinhood just got sued for this and now Public is stealing from their customers as well.Public.com

1 starWouldn't allow me to withdraw to my cashapp, same account I used to open the public account. So I open a bank account.Now they won't use ** ****. BUY 500 shares of a .26 for about $133, sell it for .27 and they give me like $121.Public.com

1 starHow do you have to give out loans without customers consent is beyond me. I sold everything and everything was available to reinvest. I crossed a stock that could not buy in dollars so I had buy full shares. I did the purchase received notice will execute at next closing then reinvest most of the remaining intimate crypto. Then a short time later my stock executed at $5 more then I purchased it witch caused my account to go negative and they tell me my crypto sale was held up it was the stock that was held up and increased in price but I did not consent to any loan to cover what I was being over charged. They will not admit Now I want to close my account but I can't with drawl all my funds. They will only allow $11.38 out of $54.65, this does not close my account
