5 starsIn an industry with more than enough brokerage options, Public stood out to me most because of their world class customer service. Quick, efficient, and actually helpful. Another positive was their clear dedication to their mobile apps. Each time I jumped on their mobile app, it felt like a native, Apple-developed app. Also, not to mention their fantastic iPad app. Not many brokerages support the iPad user base like ********************** does. Overall 5 stars - easily.

5 starsI have had an account with ********************** for a few years now and have had to contact customer service multiple times. Each time my problem was resolved easily with the service representatives help. My latest issue was handled quickly and easily. Service representative ******* was particularly helpful.Public.com

1 starworst experience ever... I was drawn and quartered for my money and put into a impossible situation,they put me in a VIP group on the second day then after working over 10 days tasking and buying options that was impossible for me to buy the 3rd option then told I had time to pay the request for $ 1999.oo dollars! I was groomed and hung out to dry. They used me, then didn't pay me for my efforts and held out the carrot, I could get the money I earned when I finished the 3rd option which was impossible and they knew it. almost 1500. later working from 710 am to 6:40pm. It looked like I had 2095. dollars in money account and almost 3000. from subscriptions to You Tube. but I could only get paid if I finished the option. These people are ruthless parasites.Public.com

5 starsI recently opened up an account w **********************. I was very hesitant because I am an old school dinosaur when it comes to technology and my money. However, I think they provide a great platform and make it very easy to navigate. I did have a couple of issues and they responded to my questions very quickly and helped me navigate their site. I would highly recommend their site and service.Public.com
