    The Seated App removed $63 in rewards without warning me. They claim to have sent an email 30 days before doing so but they never did. This is essentially stealing from me.

    I used Seated for a reservation at City Winery on 3/21, and was promised 14% rewards for booking through this app. We had a $500 bill, and submitted the receipt immediately after dining there. I was then told by a Seated representative, ******, that a digital receipt from the restaurant was also required (this policy was not stated anywhere). I called the restaurant multiple times but never got anyone to answer. I asked Seated to contact the restaurant (seeing as they partner with them), but they refused. Suddenly in the middle of the chat with the agent, I was kicked out of my account and unable to log back in. This is fraudulent and unacceptable that they are in business given their actions.

    Seated promised 23% cashback if I book a reservation and have dinner at **** ****** ***. I did book through Seated and had dinner on 09/04, which cost me over $1000, and Seated would give me $230 for that. I wouldn't have chosen this place for dinner if it weren't for the cashback. There are so many places we can go in Korean town but we chose this BBQ place because of Seated's service. However, Seated closed my account without contacting me and it doesn't make any sense. I contacted Seated customer service and they asked me to upload my bank statement of the transaction. I did everything they asked but they ghosted me along with a $230 cashback.
