    Do not recommend as they love their fees and do not tell you they will be taking fees until after they take them. So many better options to use and I would NOT recommend this company.

    Their platform has serious flaws especially if you are a day trader. - Bad fills - Half the data displayed is not updating - you often have to refresh the whole window to ensure that you are looking at the right bid/ask - Many random popup showing errors on ghost orders - They popup spontaneously out of context - Bad UX: no warning when their data provider or ******** base is down - leading to serious confusion as the numbers displayed are totally off - No OCO orders, SL/TP orders - Paid subscription to access most of the needed information for day trade + pre/post market orders I joined the platform after a ******* influencer raved about them - Not sure how much he gets paid to promote them but I highly doubts that he daily trades with them. If you plan to invest, its probably ok - If you are actively trading, stay away.

    Do not put money in this brokerage account. I had account setup for 2 weeks and got hacked. They allowed someone to move money from savings into brokerage account and trade the money away using contracts and options which i do not even know anything about. They stated my login credentials were accessed by third party and was not the result of any security issue with Public so my account would not be corrected. They do not have any phone number and you have to send message and wait for someone to get back to you which took 3 hrs to get email (not a call) from human. If your account gets hacked you will sit and watch without being able to do a thing and no one to call at Public.com.

We have not experienced a data breach, however, your information, such as email address and password, may have been obtained from an external data breach and used by a bad actor to gain access to their investing account.     My questions about *** and trading options were answered promptly. I also had a one-time transfer failure from my bank, which could have resulted in a fee. I reached out immediately to Public, and its customer *** helped me to avoid the fee.

    I lost 36 grand from this site. I studied stocks and put 30 grand total. I was up 5 grand in two weeks and a scammer took everything from me. She133call was the stock name that appeared out of anywhere and I actually watched all my money disappear. I cant talk to anyone. They said make a police report and file a complaint. Now I can not get ahold of them. They barely yahold of me when I was begging them. Be careful. They guaranteed up to ******* was insured. I ended up on suicide watch for 4 days. Anyone know how to talk to these people on a phone? I am calling the Attorney General if I can't talk to anyone. Filed a police report.

    I am a new Public user and am very happy with their ***************** *** had a few questions regarding trading options and the response is quick and efficient. Also, I inadvertently signed up for the premium service and they refunded it right away. I love clicking on the app and getting real time info, Very user friendly.

    Do not open an account with ********************** brokerage. There is zero phone support. I am attempting to transfer an account from ********************** to another brokerage and the account became restricted for some unknown reason and is now frozen. The only support mechanism is through the app/chat function in the website and it is completely inexcusable that a brokerage firm would leave account holders' account restricted upon an outgoing transfer request. Very little transparency and not worth the benefits or claims they promote in their advertising for putting assets with them.
