    During the "Raging Bull" season of Asphalt 9 Legends, Gameloft sold a legend pass (**) that scammed players of their money. Players have always been able to complete the required missions to obtain the advertised benefits of the ** in all prior **s. However, in the Raging Bull season, GL did something shady and refused to issue a refund.GL significantly changed the requirements for the missions and did not inform players. This ** required spending an exorbitant amount of money that far exceeded the cost of the **, which was (***** with tax), to buy tokens to purchase car packs for blueprints to unlock and/or star up cars to meet the requirements. Or, the player would have to spend more than 20k tokens he/she spent months saving to buy packs. Most players do not have that many tokens. To put this in perspective, 4.4k tokens discounted at 85% off cost $49.99. Or, the regular packs at $99.99 for 3k tokens / $49.99 for ***** / $19.99 for 470 etc... Players need 750 tokens to buy car packs with only 3 guaranteed blueprints of the car, which takes an average of 35 blueprints to unlock or star up. GL introduced 5 new cars that needed to be unlocked and star up to 3-4 stars to be able to get meet the requirements.This is truly unfair, but "acceptable" if players are aware of it before making the purchase. However, we had no way of knowing any of that until days later as episodes were being unlocked. We thought we were buying the ** we've bought before and would be able to get all of the benefits.GL admitted their wrong with that ** but refused to issue refunds. Their refund policy states if a digital transaction is initiated by the player and is successful, there can be no refund. In this case, GL scammed me into buying something I never would have if I knew it would require spending that much token or money. I want GL to refund my money and, more importantly, inform me when making these significant changes that drive whether or not I choose to buy the **.

    Gameloft feels that they have they right to change to their services, even those that scam people. They refused to issue any refund or take any sort of responsibility for scamming players into buying that particular season pass. Their stance is that it was an experiment that did not turn out the way they expected.

    It is not acceptable for a company to engage in deceptive methods to trick players into buying things that the player cannot receive what was advertised as benefits, particularly having finding that piece of information after making the purchase.
