    Fraudsters. They sold me items based on FALSE PRETENSES, failing to notify me that the Steam version of their game DIDN'T INCLUDE ADS and associated benefits. When I saw that I was falling behind, I asked other players and found that they had an unfair advantage of ad-related bonuses that Gameloift failed to inform me of. So I started playing the ****** Play version and occasionally on my phone. I found out recently that Steam version finally had bonuses, so I tried to play it and the Epic Games version, only to find out that they are s******* me AGAIN be not allowing me to get bonuses because I played an AD-ENABLED game DESPITE completely FAILING TO NOTIFY ME that playing the ad-enabled version PERMANENTLY DISABLED MY ABILITY TO GET THE IN-GAME BONUSES THAT THEY SCREWED ME OUT OF INITIALLY! NOW, to ad even MORE insult to injury, they have now REMOVED ADS FROM THE ****** PLAY VERSION, thus now ALSO taking AWAY the ads that screwed me out of the bonuses that I should have had at the very BEGINNING. Then they added salt and acid by claiming that DEFRAUDING me was for FAIRNESS! The bottom line is that they HATE THEIR CUSTOMERS, and seem to defraud them for FUN

    I would like to make one exception in Asphalt Legends Unites Multiplayer Mode.Can you please remove Overclocked Cars from Multiplayer Mode?My own cars are getting beaten up by multiples of players beyond my easy speed, and the gameplay is unfair in Multiplayer on Android 14.

    I wouldnt give them any star rating, ****** dreamlight valley is broke, they break it more with every hotfix or update they deploy. I have given them hundreds of $$ and now the game will not even load at all, crashes. Been crashing for months, but todays update broke it completely, it is unplayable. they will not give me a refund either. If a company is going to charge near $20.00 for 1 house(and I have bought all the houses except 1), 70$ for the primary game then $50 for a DLC, they should at least make sure the game works for everyone, they have never said it wouldnt work on all platforms when I bought it, if it isnt going to work on a specific platform we should have been told that before purchasing it.

    Four days no reply. Had to restart due to so many glitches in game. Then was met with far more different glitches. All glitches hinder progression so with a non existent customer service the game becomes unplayable. They have over 100 known issues on their FAQ forum which does not provide any useful directions. *** asked for a refund. Im sure theres a lawsuit to come with selling millions a faulty game they should have never let pass testing. Sent over 5 help requests no reply. Ridiculous business

    March of Empires hasn't worked properly in 2 weeks. They merged realms and the didn't work at all for days. Now 2 weeks later there 2 s such a delay you can barely do anything.

    ****** dreamlight valley is bugged to the point of it being unplayable. If you change the time on your ******** switch console regardless of whether or not you open the game. The entire game breaks. The bug was been breaking multiple players games and they refuse to fix. They have offered no fix for anyone suffering from this glitch.

    This company is a complete joke and ****** should be ashamed to be associated with them. I have been experiencing an is*** with the time being incorrect (6 hours behind) in game for Dreamlight Valley. I proactively advised that I have never adjusted the time on my switch, as I am fully aware that time skipping can impact the game. The first response I received from their customer "support" accused me of time skipping. It was not until I threatened to *** them for their defective product that they even attempted to acknowledge that the is*** was on their end, even though it is is a known is*** with the game. I also requested escalation to a supervisor, with no acknowledgement. I have spent $150 on a broken game with zero support and condescending attitudes from support. I will never make this mistake again. Gameloft will not see another dime from me ever again, and I will be taking them to small claims on principle.

    A year ago, they released the console/PC game ****** Dreamlight Valley. Last week, I encountered a game-breaking bug that has kept me locked out of the game for almost a week. When I submitted a help ticket, it was looked at and then closed a few days later. They claim the bug is a 'top priority,' but there has been no communication since the end of last week. And because I bought this game on Playstation, I cannot get a refund, despite my game being broken and unplayable.

    I think gameloft is a horrible company trying to get as much money out of you as they can then s**** you on it. I'm done with gameloft games. They will not get another ***** from me. Not to mention all tge crashes and glitches in their games!
