This insurance is the absolute WORST insurance company EVER. Not only do they prolong approval of procedures to the very last possible day, forget being able to use your health reimbursement card for ANYTHING! My husband and I have had to cancel and reschedule procedures multiple times, from simple routine colonoscopies to abnormal brain MRI's where they are trying to see what is going on. ************* is dragging their feet. Cannot use health reimbursement card for deductibles, pre-payment on surgery, and only SOME otc supplies. I dare not even try. Because if you don't have a receipt for it you have to send a check for it. They used to accepted itemized bills, nope not anymore, now they only accept EOB. They don't even tell you. They just deny your documentation a million times and tell you when you call that thats all they accept now. I'm to the point where I'm willing to pay for better insurance out of pocket because I loathe this insurance so bad. I've had it since 2016 and I can't do it anymore. If I could have given no stars I would have. You don't even deserve 1.
