    My subscription was renewed today without notification. I got a notification from my credit card and immediately called. I spoke with someone from their call center customer service and attempted to get the subscription fee returned. I called them within 30 minutes of getting the notification. I was told by the rep and a supervisor dont worry, I see that your subscription is canceled so you wont get billed again starting at the end of this next subscription period. I explained that I DONT WANT this new subscription period, and he said that their rules are in the terms and conditions, and they would not be returning the subscription fee. I thought I had turned off the autorenewal(my fault it looks like), but I have NEVER had a fee come through for a subscription service like this without notification of pending renewal. I find that almost predatory in intent on their part. Noom needs to to MUCH better. The customer service should have a window to rectify these situations. The majority of these reviews on BBB are about the exact same problem I am having. Noom needs to fix this with their customer service contractor. I have been in customer service for almost 15 years and I was genuinely shocked at their responses and the policy. I cant believe that Noom has an A+ on BBB with these kinds of anti-customer policies and almost 600 reviews that give them the 1.3 out of 5 rating. Disgraceful.

    Automatically renewed my subscription after I canceled. Renewal fee was posted to my credit card account this morning. I called immediately and they would not refund me my renewal. Horrible customer service.

    They auto renewed my account and charged me $139 without any advanced notification. I called the same day the account was renewed and they told me they were unable to make refunds for accounts that are on auto renewal. Even though I was calling in the day the renewal started and the charge was made, they claimed they don't have any authority to refund me my money.

    Basically the same as the other one star reviews here. Wish I had looked into this before signing up. They will automatically charge your account and renew your membership without a heads up or any sort of warning. Tried to talk to their customer service team and they were not accommodating. So I got charged for a 6 month subscription I barely used before and now they're charging me for another 6 months that I won't use. Terrible customer service and program in general. They need to be shut-down and/or investigated!

    I was charged $169 for a renewal after not using this app for over a year, and without notice. I spent time emailing customer support, chatting with customer support and received the same canned response. This is predatory, and awful customer service.

    This company charged me almost $200 for a renewal without giving me ANY notification. I checked my spam and promotions inbox folders and I received nothing from them. I made multiple requests for a refund within hours of being charged and the company is gas lighting my requests. This company is unethical and treats its customers like dollar signs.

    Long time Noom user no longer needing the service. Coaching is nonexistent. It automatically renewed for 5 months $149 and did not notify me. Credit card company did so I was able to access my Noom account same day it was pending in my credit card account. The system does not allow cancellations same day; only at the next renewal. Sent 4 emails; called c/s ***** who said fight it out with your credit card company.Very unhelpful phone folks. Unacceptable billing policies. Cant recommend this company at all

    Very bad company! Auto renews for a full year without any notice before hand. Even though I havent received 1 day of service for the new year they auto renewed they wont refund my money!

    They renewed without a notification. I asked for a refund on the day it renewed and they say it is against their policy. I never got any email about upcoming renewals. Someone should **** again.

    I had a horrible experience with Noom. Like many other reviewers, I was lured in with the free trial offer, which lead to a $173 auto charge. I thought I cancelled my account after this initial big charge, but got hit with a second $173.84 charge with no advance notice today. When I contacted Noom support they claimed I would have received an email citing the future payment when I signed up but I did not receive such an email. Nooms support rep told me they would not reimburse me despite contacting them the day the charge hit, so dont believe any Noom responses on here offering people an opportunity to make it right. I think this company is deceptive and unethical.
