    ABSOLUTE PIRACY!!I never used Noom and was not notified of a renewal charge until the day the charge was made. When I chatted with Noom that same day , they advised me that renewals were not refundable. NO NOTIFICATION OF EXPIRY!NO NOTIFICATION OF RENEWAL CHARGES!NO REFUND EVEN WHEN REQUESTED ON THE DAY OF THE RENEWAL!AVOID NOOM AT ALL COSTS!

    My medication was shipped to the incorrect address despite me emailing them the correct one. I've been 5 days without my medication and they keep telling me that the "pharmacy" is backed up and hasn't gotten back to them. Like others have stated there is no one who you can call. It's very concerning that they are playing with people's medication knowing that there are repercussions of it is not taken in a timely manner. Wish I had seen these reviews before I signed up. ******** company that clearly doesn't care about their clients health.

    Access to your historical data with Noom is almost non-existent. Like others, I recently discovered Noom has removed the ability to record your daily weight unless you have a paid subscription. I have used Noom since January of 2022. I had a paid subscription for approximately six (6) months. Overall, I liked the app. It helped me loose a significant amount of weight (90+ lbs over 14 months). After paying for 6 months, I cancelled my paid subscription but continued to use the "free" features of the app. This was in line with Noom's policies and procedures. Recently, Noom updated their app. Without any warning, the ability to log daily weight is no longer available without out a paid subscription. I recently requested a download of my historical data. A few days later I did get the download. The data is in *.cvs format in multiple files. I have been trying to get Noon support to identify the name of the file(s) that contain my daily weigh-in information. I've been going through this for a week or more with no positive results. Without identifying information, the download is close to worthless. The excuses I keep getting is that they can't find anyone to provide this information. In essence, they're sayin the can't identify where this information is stored. These files are nothing more than database files. Having worked in Information Technology and ********************** I know someone has to know the composition of these files. For some reason that can't or won't do the work to find someone who can provide this information.

    I signed myself up and then my husband shortly after when he agreed to do it. 2 weeks into our med regimen and we both get notices that our next 12 week subscriptions will be renewed, mine at $597 and his at $837. We messaged his "doctor" on the app who said that he did not know why his would cost more, to reach out to customer service and to let him know the reason because he'd be very interested to know why also. I've called "customer service" twice now, both times being **** clearly from *****, and both of them were unhelpful with a side of rude. This last call I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, and he said the only next option would be to send a message to the 'special services' team and they would reply by email in 24 hrs. I asked to speak with someone on the phone, and he said there was no further phone service available, that the only options were email or online chat....wtf?? You'd think it would be the other way around. So now here I am on the BBB site, and seeing that they have been given an A+ somehow despite the 1.08 star rating.....the reviews are crazy in how much BS other people have gone through. I don't understand how there hasn't been a LAWSUIT yet against Noom with all the money grabbing and terrible customer service??? I'm praying that we get our next shipment and then I am absolutely cancelling.

    I have been waiting 3 weeks for a prescription. After contacting the Care Team, I was told it was 'escalated and rest assured it would be high priority', a week later, I am still waiting with crickets.... absolutely zero reliability or accountability for their bad service. Very disappointed!!!

    Me and my wife paid Noom **** $887 for three months of medicine and service.The money was taken at end of July and we have only recieved one month of their drug. Have written numerous emails as well as numerous phone calls. They say that they've issued a ticket with no follow up. We have told them that we need the medication so we can continue take the drug once a week. So, far we've received one supply on August 26th and it is now October 28th. The other two supplies should have been delivered on September and October. They have stolen $1774 with no answer to why we haven't received the three months supply. We have email and phone responses saying that they have issued a ticket. Also, no matter what number I call, Noom *** always says that they don't handle the issue. How can none of the phone number or email (it is customer service) handle a most commone issue of not delivering something that has been paid. We did cancel our service subscription and were supposed to get $478 back ($239) and even that they have said that they have refunded but the card they supposidely refunded to shows no refund. I've asked them who they refunded to and they keep saying the card that has not received any refunds. Anyway, Noom ows us 4 shipments of their drug and since they didn't deliver it timely, they should pay us for all the delivery, including the 3 months that was delivered correctly since the drug is no good unless we take it once a week. Noom is absolutely the worst, with NO solutions to actual deliveries of product that HAS BEEN PAID for.

    Do NOT use NOOM. Their app is archaic, when you have an issue they tell you to email them and no response. They shipped my order to the wrong address and I have been fighting them for 3 days now.

    The recent update has removed a lot of the features. I had installed the app and paid for the initial two week trial. Afterwards the app was a good tool for logging my food to make sure I was eating healthy, and to monitor my weight daily. But they have removed several features for people using the app for free, rendering it almost useless. Its selfish and greedy. I am very disappointed in Noom. I will be looking for another app. Paying for Noom is far too expensive.

    Noom is the absolute worst when it comes to customer service. Due to a lack of transparency, I was charged over $830 in the middle of the night. I woke up to this surprise charge and immediately went to work in contacting them. I was told by the billing department to contact the care coordinator team. I was told by the care coordinator team (only way of through the app) to trust them that they put a stop to the prescription. I also called and spoke to someone in hopes of getting an understanding of what I signed up for and if l, perhaps, I missed something. They couldnt tell me anything and instructed me to contact the doctor (again, the only way is through the app). The doctor ignored my messages. Ive been told multiple times that I would get most of my money back but that the writing of the prescription isnt free and would cost me $80. I explained to them that I wouldnt have needed this prescription had I been informed on being charged almost $1000 at one time. After all this was communicated, they ended up ignoring ALL of my communications and shipped the medication the next day. Noom seems to have gone out of their way to ignore me. All of this couldve been avoided had they been transparent with the financial aspect.
