I'd give this company zero stars if I could... I purchased subscription based products from Fertility Nutraceuticals for 4 months at a cost of $445.95. I received an email stating one of my subscriptions was being shipped only to find out on the day that I was going out of town, that my subscription was not shipped due to a shortage in supply. No one contacted me to let me know my shipment was not going to arrive. No email that the company was out of stock. Etc. This was very upsetting to me because the supplements I ordered was required by my doctor to take regimentally due to my age and fertility issues as well as my ability to participate in a fertility study. I spent hours tracking down someone in the company who could tell me what comparable product I could purchase so I wouldn't have to reset my months long journey of purchasing a product that was dependent upon my reproductive health. At the late stage of which I am attempting pregnancy, every single day matters. To my pleasant surprise, I wound up getting in touch with the owner of the company, ****, who acted sympathetic and apologetic of my situation. She promised that she would make it up to me as soon as the product was restocked. On the contrary, she not only forgot to send me the restocked item, but when I reached out to her personally (she had given me both her personal phone number and her email) she completely ignored me even though I told her that I was out of the replacement product I had purchased while waiting for my original shipment to be sent to me. This company touts that their products are of exceptional "backed by science" quality. They charge more than 7x their competitors for both products I was purchasing from them (CoQ10 and DHEA) but after taking the alternative product, I noticed no difference. Conclusive assessment: Stay away from this over priced, and lacking in integrity, company.
