      Bought a 6 month supply of Minoxidil. I Had used minoxidil in the past without issue. However with the Keeps version after the first use I had skin irritation on my forehead and around my eyes. By the 3rd day it was so severe it looked like I had a sunburn on my face, and it looked like I had been punched due to the inflammation around my eyes. I had to use vaseline to stop the burning from the skin cracking. I contacted Keeps about the issue they said to stop use and contact my doc. Issue stoped once I quit using the product. I reached out to see there was a possibility of refund due to the issues caused. They stated that there was a no-refund/return policy. For meds that makes sense but not when the product caused such a severe reaction. Im out $70 for medication that severely damaged my skin and caused lost sleep due to the eye irritation. I absolutely will not be ordering from them again.

      Website can't keep track of orders.. one year and they missed all dates to deliver the prescriptions.. really disorganized..You can't treat alopecia without regularly taking the medicine and keeps don't help you with that..Look for a better website..

      I signed up for the subscription and it took a month to get my order. They then auto refill you without notification and I still had over half of my previous order left. I tried to cancel the order and it took 2 weeks and multiple emails and phone calls. Then 2 weeks later it auto filled again which was another fight to try to get my subscription cancelled. Now I get daily spam emails. Horrible business, horrible customer service, over priced low quality products. The worst company I have encountered in a very long time.

      Bought year supply for my husband for Christmas. Credit card was automatically charged a year later for another year supply, I did not want a reoccurring shipment and they refused to refund my money saying that it's non refundable. Be wary of the fine print I guess.

Once the medication is dispensed under the customers name, it cannot be sent to anyone else.       The product worked just OK - but found out from my doctor that is has interactions with my meds and my current health condition. The doctor at keeps was made aware of these when I signed on.
      I did not experience any symptoms of the interaction but I was advised to stop immediately. I canceled but my next order had shipped a day or two before I had to cancel.
      ****, care specialist, would not refund me even though I explained my situation. The packages come specifically so they can't be tampered with... but even if they weren't able to resell the pills, they should just do some basic customer service and refund for the 1 shipment.
      Now, I am seeking further advice from my lawyer to see if the Keeps doctor may be guilty of malpractice.
      Terrible Customer Service and I plan to share my story across many places on social media and healthcare websites.

      I ordered 3 months worth of topical finasteride/ minoxidil. It came in gel form. The first time using the product there was these white gritty, pebbles in the solution that did not dissolve and was obvious when applied to hair. They refused to replace or refund my money. They dont stand behind their product and rather sell a bunch of first time users than to maintain customers. Horrible, one of the few times Ive ever felt scammed

      Ordered a bottle of shampoo about 2 months ago. But I still have not gotten what I paid for. The on-site doctor approved everything but it still hasnt been shipped. I have talked with multiple associates at Keeps who have all assured me that I would be getting my order soon. But all have apparently been lying. I'm beyond upset about this and feel like I'm just being messed with. Everyone I've talked with has been nice enough, but has not followed through with what they have promised. The last person, Ebony, offered me $10 off my next refill and overnight shipping for this massive inconvenience. That was over a week ago. I hate filing reports to the BBB but I told them I would, so here it is. If you're thinking of purchasing from Keeps, I would really consider looking at all of your options first.

When you signed up for Keeps, the name on your account was a nickname, and because your prescription was issued with your legal name, our pharmacy had a hard time matching the prescription to your account. After checking your account, we can confirm that a new prescription has been requested. Once this is resolved, a new order will be processed with expedited shipping (on us!). We have also added a credit total of $30 to your account as an apology for this inconvenience. Once again, we are very sorry for this inconvenience.

      Product works, but the rest of the company is a complete mess. I've had numerous errors with their billing and customer service over the last 4 years. I'm dealing with another one now. My prescription ran out and I didn't get to my renewal consultation right away. When I did yesterday I asked to just have the pills and not the shampoo. The customer service person said no problem. He then charged me for the pills. Then today I was charged for another round of pills and the **** shampoo!!! I see it this morning 8/20/22 Saturday morning. Of course they don't have any customer service working at all on weekends. On top of that their service doesn't open until 10am. They then ship the **** before you can contact them then try and deny a refund because it's already shipped. They're either scammers or horribly incompetent. Someone needs to do something about their god awful service and billing!!

      After 9 months of using Keeps, the only growth I experienced were my ******* This product does not work, and they won't tell you about any side-effects until after you sign up. Once your product is shipped, you cannot get a refund because they are prescription drugs. Nice business model. Avoid Keeps and save your money for a hair transplant.
