      Be careful, Keeps will issue prescription drugs even if your prescription has expired and chose not to renew the prescription. They will mail you previously prescribed medication as long as there was a previous subscription.

      I started seeing hair loss early last year and immediately started looking for a way to stop it. I came across Keeps and decided to try it. I used the Topical *********** and ********* 2 in 1 gel as proscribed, even confirmed it with the "doctor", Keeps assigned me. Unfortunately, as soon as I started using Keeps, I saw accelerated hair loss. My "doctor" kept telling me that was expected for the first 8 weeks. At the 6-month **** rolled around I emailed him again telling him that I was still experiencing accelerated hair loss. Again, he gave me the same sales pitch from before. It took 10 months before hair loss seemed to slow and even than I was still losing my hair. Months later I was still losing my hair, and I had enough. I told my "doctor" that I was disappointed with this product, and he would just repeat the salesmen pitch that continued use of the product would show best results and if I didn't, I would continue losing my hair. Keeps Topical *********** and ********* 2 in 1 gel has done the exact opposite of what it is supposed to do. Before using Keeps, I had nearly a full head of hair now my hair line has regressed 3 inches in the front, the back has a large bold spot, and the top has become extremely thin. Talking to my family, that has suffered from hair loss already, I have found that I have experienced 5-6 years of hair loss in just over 1 year, thanks Keeps. At this point, I can't stand to look in the mirror and am going to have to start shaving my head.

      I will start with the good. It worked! No issues there, but the problem is with their business and the way they handle money. First, if you want to change your plan, you have to update your billing. For me, I had to get a new card, and FORCED to update my billing before I could modify my plan. I tried something and it didn't work for me, so I didn't want it in my plan any longer. I updated my card and it process everything before it allowed me to change my plan. Contacted customer service, and told them I did not want something, and they were quick to help me cancel it. Then they said it would take 5-10 business days to do a refund. Really? ********* can do it instantly in-store if they mess up an order. I can refund people from my business instantly. They need a week or 2 to get it done. Something seems off with this model. I went ahead and cancelled everything, including the stuff that did work, to move to a new provider. I hate it, but in today's world, there is no excuse for it taking 2 weeks to process a refund when ********* can do it in 30 seconds!

      I have been a Keeps customer for almost a year. They recently sent me my three-month supply of pills, one of which is Minoxidil. The pill looked and was shaped differently than the last batch of pills. I was previously instructed to cut the pill in half. When I attempt to cut one of the new pills, the pill falls apart or crumbles. I emailed customer support on Thursday, August 1, *********************************************************************************** on a better way to split it/take it. I waited 48 hours for a reply. I didn't receive a response. I emailed again on Saturday afternoon. Today is Monday. I sent an email expressing a concern about a medication that I am required to take daily, but no one has responded to me. I contacted customer support via text and cancelled my Keeps order, although I've yet to receive a confirmation email. I don't need another insincere apology. I'm not even asking for my money back, although they should have offered it back to me! I just want to warn others about Keeps customer service team. I feel ignored and disrespected. No one deserves that when they're spending their hard-earned money. I would recommend looking for another provider for treatment. This has been an incredibly unpleasant and unprofessional experience.

      They make it very difficult to cancel. I didn't sign up for automatic refills and yesterday I got a warning email that they couldnt send me an automatic refill because I hadn't opted in. Today, with no action on my part, they sent me a confirmation of my order that I never agreed to or placed. I have reached out to customer service and am awaiting a reply. I am in the process of cancelling, even though I likely would have ordered again if not for their deception. Oh also, you have to submit a request to cancel!? Wtf is that about

      I cancelled my plan 5 months ago over the phone after speaking with one of their customer service agents. This seemed like the easiest way to do it because the online system is intentionally set up in a way to make it difficult to cancel. I recently checked my credit card statements and noticed they charged me without sending any form of confirmation email. Using their online chat system, they said there were no phone records of me ever calling them (despite me looking at the records in my call log). They also don't send an email confirming an order until it has shipped so they can claim they can't accept returns. Shady business practice.

      I experienced slight results, but after a year of use, I stopped my subscription because there was no further improvement. I did not thoroughly take the time to cancel my account and throughout the following year, I received constant emails and texts about consultation and renewing my subscription. So deciding to hop on to my account, the system apparently took that as me wanting to renew my subscription and immediately, not only was a $5 consultation automatically completed with no live interaction with the doctor, except for a message thanking me "for the updates" but an $85 subscription was also automatically renewed which I did not approve of. I then received an email saying my order was refilled and in process of shipping. After reaching out through email and calling in the following morning for a refund, customer service did not help, saying I completed the consultation and renewed my subscription. I told them: "if I really wanted to receive more treatment, then why am I calling in to dispute the transaction?" But they stuck with their baseline narrative. I canceled my account, and still waiting for that email regarding my account cancellation.

      Thing were great for the first few years, then replace orders started to be delayed and then the final straw of only receiving half the order. When let them know I was missing a bottle, they told me best they could do was move my subscription renewal up and I would have to purchase the missing half of my order again. So works great if you can actually get them to send you your order.

      0 stars! What a horrible experience the 1st time they received my prescription and this year, one year latter when my refills ran out. For whatever reason the pharmacy they use, **************, would not accept the prescription sent by my hair doctor., who is one of the most accredited hair doctors in NewEngland. I was without my prescription for over 4 weeks, making multiple calls to keeps and my hair doctor to resend the prescription. After 4 weeks I cancelled my prescription and had my hair doctor call in the prescription to ********* who had my pills ready the day after receiving the prescription. I strongly recommend you avoid Keeps and **************.
