    Purchased a thank you delicious fruit design large basket from Edible as a thank you gift for my co workers. Originally placed the order for *************** but changed to *********************************************** the night before (7/21/22). Advised by the Edible that they had the address change and to call in the morning (7/22/22 at 9 am) to get a time frame and to check on the order (*************). I called several times beginning at 9 am trying to find out about my order. I could never get a straight answer from Edible regarding the order. One representative said it was never received by the store and that the order wasn't started. By 1 pm, I asked to have the order canceled but could not get a confirmation of the cancelation. To date, the order was never received leaving me to have to purchase another order from a different Edible location which was picked up by my husband.Resolution: Full credit card refund in the amount of $104.97 Order number ************

    I made purchase ORDER DATE - Monday, February 14, 2022 ORDER TOTAL - $157.83 to my fiance's job as a valentines day gift. I clearly stated in the note that the school closers at 2pm but since she works at the clinic she leaves at 4pm. I was told not to worry the gift would be delivered before 4pm. 3pm i called to make sure they will still deliver my gift to her on time and i was told yes. 4pm as usual, My fiance texted me she is leaving work now to go pick up the kids from school. She never thank me or anything so i noticed that it wasn't deceived. I called that location again and again this time no body answers my call. I decided to go and buy another gift for her since its valentines day. I called that location the next day and no body pick up or reply my call. mind you the status of my gift said pending 2 days later it said delivered. I was supper ****** off so i called and finally spoke to someone. I asked why does my order status says delivered when the gift was never delivered. The gentlemen said "Please hold the driver who handle that order is her talk to him" I asked the driver why did you change the status to delivered when you never delivered the order ? His answer was well i can schedule a re-delivery. I asked him to answer the reason why he updated the status to delivered again and he couldn't give me an answer but kept saying i can schedule for a re-delivery at that point i said he was scam bag for being sneaky. I called op-operate office they told me the manager for that location will give me a call that very day but never got a call. Thank God PayPal did an investigation for the second time and refunded me back my money. Mind you the first claim was dismissed because that drive went on their system and changed it from pending to delivered after two day later. The security at the school don't recall anyone coming in at around 4pm they don't even allow anyone to get in the building after 4pm. That Driver needs to be investigated and fired.
