            I placed an order online on 11/27. When I still had not received any shipping information by 12/5, I sent an email. I received an email from the company on 12/9 stating there is a 2-4 week shipping time. I placed two separate orders both on the same day. I received one 12/21. The second item I have still not received. The item has been in a pre-shipment status since 12/21. I have emailed the company several times requesting information, an explanation as to why it is still in pre-shipment. I requested a refund to which they stated their policy is no refunds. They stated it will be shipped to me by the end of the week. If I had known it would take 5-6 weeks to receive an item, I would have stuck with shopping somewhere reliable and trustworthy like ******.

            I placed an order on June 14th. After 2 weeks I reached out because I didnt even have a shipping number. They responded with be patient it could take up to a month. After a month I reached out again and they said it could be up to 2 months now because they are moving warehouses. Its now been 7 weeks going on 8 and still just have label created. The plan was to wear the shorts in the summer but it looks like I wont have them until the winter. Bottom of their site says 2-3 weeks for shipping. Not 2-3 months Id stay away from this company, theres a reason they put everything on sale. If I could leave 0 stars I would
