1 starI stopped this subscription many months ago. I looked at my bank account yesterday and they took 70 dollars out of my account. They need to reverse that charge accept. Or there will be attorneys involved. I am 67 years old and dont have money to waste. Tried calling them and it said cant connect to the number they gave. What is this?HelloFresh

1 starAccount Reactivated I recently discovered that Hello Fresh reactivated my old account simply because I visited their website. Unfortunately, this led to my food being shipped to an old address, and they charged an expired credit card. When I reached out for assistance, I was informed that there was nothing they could do to resolve the issue. This experience has been quite frustrating.HelloFresh

1 starAs I was ordering food from ******* with my last bit of money HelloFresh came along and took all that I had. I do not even have an active HelloFresh account. I got a We Are Sorry and your money will be refunded in 5 to 10 business days!! That was the last of my money and I'm on a fixed income! So much for getting my groceries! THIS IS A VERY DISREPUTABLE COMPANY AND I STRONGLY SUGGEST YOU STAY FAR AWAY FROM ANY DEALINGS WITH THEM!HelloFresh

1 starI was checking out hello fresh to view their options and see if the price made sense with my budget. Without confirming anything, or even checking out. Hellofresh decided to charge my card and send me a weeks worth of food I didn't want nor did I order. Then I reached out to get my money back and their customer support team is unhelpful, they are outright rude and find any and all excuses not to refund your money. The bottom line is, their site is not user friendly, they charge you without any consent, agreement to terms or finalized cart check out. This coupled with a customer service team who is not only rude, but holds zero accountability in the mistakes of their company. I regret even checking put their site and considering it as a viable option. Hellofresh is not only a scam, but I service I will never consider using again, a day in my life. The worst part us, the week of food I got charged for is nothing I would ever chose, want or consider eating. My question is, who made this decision for me?HelloFresh

1 starMy card got compromised. I called once to cancel the order but they never did. Hounded me to make a payment. Multiple emails a day! Then once I made the payment it was immediately canceled! No refund is offered!HelloFresh

1 starWe decided to give HelloFresh another chance, but once again, they proved why we refuse to do business with them. Their subscription pricing is incredibly misleadingthey advertise one price, but then charge you days in advance at nearly triple the expected amount without any notification!We signed up thinking we were paying a set price, only to find an unexpected, massive charge on our account. No warning, no confirmationjust money taken without consent. This is deceptive, unethical, and outright scammy behavior.Customer service was completely unhelpful, and after this experience, were done for good. If youre considering HelloFresh, think twice before trusting their shady pricing tactics. There are better, more transparent meal kit services out there!HelloFresh

1 starNEVER buy a GIFT CARD - Total Scam! I would give no stars. I received a gift card from my daughter- I had to sign in and had to call customer service to help apply the code first of all- said it was invalid and because i did not use the entire $160 on the first order, - I was told that each week it would automatically apply the credit to my next order until it is used up - LIE- It becomes a promotion- no longer a gift card (the remaining balance) They charged my expired cc on file for delivery - promotions do not apply to the shipping - so now I have to spend money in order to use money already paid to them - so every order going forward I have to pay the shipping charges out of pocket. Then I was told that it does not apply to anything that is extra- no premium meals or anything extra, AGAIN, my money and they are telling me how to use it. Does not disclose any of the T&C in using a gift card, other than not being able to apply with another promotion. Total Total rip off!!!!!!HelloFresh

Just a heads-up about the gift card.
If you are redeeming an e-gift card purchased from our website, you will not be enrolled in a subscription.
We simply ask for a valid payment method so that you can easily convert your account to a subscription if you wish to continue after receiving your free box.
Rest assured, however, that we will not enroll or charge you for additional deliveries unless you choose to convert your gift card account to a subscription.
Also, here are the steps on how to use the gift card:
Head to **************************.
Click Gift Cards from the menu at the top.
Click the Redeem gift card button on the screen.
You will be navigated to a part of the website where you can enter your code.
Once you enter your code, click 'Redeem'.
Please note that the gift card can cover the base price of the box, but it cannot be used for add-ons, premium meal charges, or shipping fees. 1 starIf I could leave zero stars- I would! Scammers! Entered in a code for 12 free meals (that a different subscription box had given to me). Looked through the meals and didnt see anything appetizing to me. Exited out of the site. The following week a delivery came to my house from hello fresh. Concern 1- I NEVER gave them my address 2- Never entered my bank card 3- The delivery was addressed to my child (whos under the age of 10). 4- They CHARGED my account for $43 and started a reoccurring subscription. SO STRANGE! The only thing I can think of is the subscription box that gave me the 12 free meals card, sold my information to Hello Fresh, so when I put this code in, Hello Fresh was given my info that the other subscription box had on file. When I called HF customer service and explained what happened, the agent was no help. She/He (not sure?) prob outsourced from another country, tried pinning it on me, and refused to refund me. The only thing offered was to cancel the subscription that I didnt start to begin with! When asked to be transferred to a manager, the agent denied me & said theyre too busy with complaints. So, I told the agent that I was going to call authorities if they couldnt refund my money or get me to a manger who could. The agent then said that they would get me to a manger and would it be okay if I put you on hold for 1-2 min? I said, yes, as long as you come back on the phone. The agent replied, yes Ill be back. 10 seconds into holding, call drops. No one calls me back. However, an email does come across that the subscription was canceled. Luckily my bank fraud **** is stepping in, but WATCH OUT. There is scammers everywhere now selling your information, and I believe thats what happened here.HelloFresh
