    I wish I had read the reviews before I signed up for their payment service for furniture. I ordered my furniture back in September, but the furniture company I ordered from kept pushing my order back because the furniture was on back order. I received my order in December but was already getting emails about a payment being due on an order that I have not received. I originally paid wanting to utilize their 90 day off. I get another email shortly after receiving my furniture saying that my 90 day payoff period was going to end that month at the end of the month. but I hadnt even received my furniture until December. Apparently the 90 day payoff is only valid at the time that you place your order is what I was told. But it wouldnt make sense for me to pay on an item that I had not received yet, they need to reevaluate their whole 90 day payoff plan because it shouldnt be that I have to pay it off right before I even receive my order. My payment shouldnt start until after I receive my order. The whole business seems shady I definitely will not use them in the future! They didnt allow me to pay it off at the amount that I paid for the furniture, which I had $680 left to pay instead they said they could only reduce it to $1075. I definitely will not use them in the future, had I known this from the beginning I wouldnt have used their services in the first place. ****** learned!

    I have an issue with not receiving my items purchased from ****** through katapult. I send over proof showing the item did not go through when purchasing my amazon items but katapult is still charging me for items I didnt receive. The higher *** at ****** spoke with katapult supervisor and send an official email stating the items was not purchased. I am still being charged by kaltapult even though all my proof was submitted months ago.

    Unethical business practices, scammers, charged my card even though my auto pay was deactivated and then gave me their policy after the fact stating that they can go ahead and charge my card if I'm late on making a payment instead of notifying me of my upcoming payments they can just charge my card.

    I've been using them for 4 years, have paid off multiple leases and have 2 active paid faithfully. Supposedly I have over $2018 pre-approval amount that I can't use. I'm denied, customer service can't tell me why. I can't wait to pay off my leases and cancel my account. I guess I'll be warning everyone I've told about it too.

    Got approval, placed order, payment not accepted, 2 days on chat being given different answers, told it was resolved, etc. over an hour on the phone - nothing. So I have no bday gift that I was assured would arrive, reps who lie (SCREENSHOTS, PEOPLE - TAKE SCREENSHOTS). L

    I have instructed them multiple times to stop auto pay on my accounts, they still go ahead and debit my bank account when at this point, it is an unauthorized transactions. I submitted a claim with my bank to receive my money back for the unauthorized transactions, and Katapult still did not provide them with the proper documentations needed showing I contacted them to stop the automated payments. Although I spoke to multiple representatives to make sure that the auto pay is off so now I am out hundreds of dollars because of this scam company. They also took my online access away so now I cannot even login to see my account.

    I did not receive my full order of 4 tires from tires easy-I only received 3 and had to pay out of pocket for the 4th one-tire east refunded Katapult 113 for the tire but they refuse to take that off of my contract-which should be void anyway because I did not receive all of the order-I called multiple times and keep getting the run around. I send them pictures of the refund twice and they still are telling me I have to go through tires easy-which I already did in the beginning.

    Worst company I have ever dealt with. Tried to do a purchase with them and got approved but some how the purchase didn't go through with wayfair.. spent every day on the phone or chat with them.this week and have got the run around everyday.. have even done 3 way calls with them with wayfair telling them they have no purchase on there end for me and to refund my money and to cancel the loan. Still waiting on them to release the money I have paid up front. Will never do business with this terrible company.

    ***** using this company. Try to find alternative financing if that is what you are looking for. I applied to use their company for a lease a few years ago. However, I never went forward with it. This week was black Friday and cyber Monday, so I wanted to use my approved financing from Katapult. I went through the app and got to checkout and it wont allow me to proceed because my address on my profile doesn't match my current address. I called Katapult due to the time crunch to try to resolve this issue and was told the only way to change the address on file was to send in my ID (even if the address doesn't match) and a bill or bank statement of some sort. I reluctantly sent in my photo ID (which has my current address on it) and I sent a bank statement that showed my address and full name. However, now Katapult is refusing to accept the documentation, because I didn't send them my "full" bank statement. Why do they need that? I sent the portion of the statement with my name and current address. It was also dated within the last 30 days like they asked and it was on the banks letter head. The only thing not provided was my banking information and list of transactions. There is no reason at all for them to request that information. Verification of my identity and address was more than enough for my address change request. There is literally no excuse for them to deny my change because I didn't provide them with the details of my banking statement. That is literally none of their business and has nothing to do with them. Also half the stores on their website that they advertise that use Katapult don't even list them as a payment option at checkout, so they are also falsely advertising. Avoid like the plague. Use affirm or Klarna if your credit is good enough. I think Katapult is stealing peoples information. Why else demand to see irrelevant personal information?
