    Hello I made two withdrawals from Yotta bank from money I had gotten from cash app. I received the later withdrawal of $78.45 but have not received the earlier withdrawal of $117.05. The $117 one was done on September 14 and the $78 one was done on the 16th. I will be calling my bank about this in the morning I dont want to have to take legal action but I will. I want my money and there is no excuse for this at all.

    The customer reached out about in-app ACH withdrawals of $117.50 on 9/14/22 and $78.45 on 9/16/22. These withdrawals have been completed successfully. This customer reported not receiving these funds in their connected bank account. We provided them with the trace number for each transaction to provide to their external bank for more information. The customer reported this issue was resolved. Tell us why here...

    Yotta doesnt tell you before you sign up that a transfer takes 7 days to process. On top of that, after you have your bank decline the transfer, Yotta still leaves it as processing so that you cant close your account. PLUS, customer service says they cant do anything about it AND it says on the customer support that it can take a full day to hear back from anyone. That us awful if your paycheck has problems in this account!

We have shared the date and time this transaction will settle and become available for this customer. Once settled she can withdraw her funds and close her account.

    I Have bent an consumer of Yotta for about 6 months now on August 12 os 2022 i started to transfer money from my other accounts to my yotta account 4 deposits of 250 dollars equaling **** in total over the course of 2 weeks they started to be returned back to my account but no money has ever made it to my account! I have reached out to them serval times about the return of my ****$ and there Has been a lot of Diffrent Stories! and in the midst of this they Locked me out my account but they gave me trace numbers for my money but have not put in much effort on their end to find my money that added to my Balance as the money cleared then they locked my account in the middle and claim they cant see any thing on their end. Now my account is locked and it takes them atleast A Day and my Account where this money was transfer from said they Have not seen anything on their end and I have my own Statements that only proves one deposit from yotta that has nothing to do with my **** Dollars Being Returned. no Returned money they locked my Account and what money I had left is where they withdrew themselves to the same Account that when inquiring about my ****$ they claimed they could not find. they choose to not alot me to have a yotta account anymore no Worries im fine I will pass No thanks. now im trying to close my Account and it wont let me.. thanks for your Help

    Yotta has determined we can no longer offer this user an account. We notified the customer regarding this issue. They have inquired about the status of several deposits that were returned and not successfully added to their Yotta account. We informed the customer of the status of these transactions and provided the trace number she can use to locate the transaction with her external bank. This customer's account currently has a $0.00 balance and has been closed.

     My account has Been closed in the middle of my Account  cancelation Closed when asking about my money. they Froze my remaining Funds and Locked My account. the response given Resolved Nothing!

    I sold my house recently and I wired the money to yotta account on august 10. Today august 12th yotta returned the all the money back to the sender which claims that have not received anything. Its over 160 thousand that no one knows where the fudge it is! Its not the first time Yotta been getting things messed up. I dont know where their employees are located but they do a s***** job. So upset with them!

     I was informed by the customer support that everything was fine and that a mistake on your end was performed.  Ill paste bellow previous conversation with support team. My title agency said that the transaction went through sucedi-lhe and that they dont have any returned transaction. Without the transaction being returned they cannot reprocess anything.

    This customer created a wire transfer of $161,488.00 to their Yotta account which exceeds our $100,000.00 daily limit for externally initiated deposits.

    When the customer originally wrote in our support team incorrectly shared that the deposit was successful. Our team followed up and explained that this deposit exceeds our daily limit and as a result, the deposit was returned. At that time we provided the customer with the wire number to locate the returned wire transaction.
