    I set up an account last week and transferred some money to fund it, but the money didn't appear in the account. The website said it could take 1 to 3 business days for money on a new account to go through. Three business days later, I still have an empty account in "Pending" due to needing funds. I also got an email saying I should complete my first transfer so that it can start earning interest. I have tried to contact the customer support to get this resolved, but their phone must be sitting in an empty building in the middle of nowhere. You'll be on the line for over 15 minutes listening to a short looping sound byte of crappy music and nobody will answer the phone! I'd say "poor customer service" but how could the service be poor if no-one is available to provide any? More like nonexistent customer service.

    This company has a poor website and extremely long wait times for answering the phone, many times the phone just hangs up after a long wait, it allows you to register but not enroll as it says " sorry there is an issue with your info you entered" as if a person dont know their own personal info, this continues with little or no help from customer service, that is, on the rare occassions you can reach them, its almost as if they want you frustrated enough to just go away.
