On July 13, I tried to cash out my rewards. The transaction was rejected by my financial institution because the account was in my grandmothers name (because she doesnt have a bank account). I tried again on July 23rd with the name changed to mine. However, I never received my funds but it wasnt rejected. They refunded the amount back to my account and I tried again on the 16th of August. Same result. The total of the payment was $48.48.Customer Answer

I want to delete my account with the ********************** app. However, I have been kicked out and each time I try to log back in, I repeatedly get "an error has occurred" so, I can't log back in. The only way to contact them is through the app, that I can't log in to. so...looks like any communication has been cut and this is the only way. I downloaded this app to play games and at first I was paid out for smaller achievements. When I continue to play the game, I wasnt getting the achievements and there were app updates that took away my progress. Then the ***** was double charging me forpacks. When I first contacted the company they were like oh it had to be on the 30th but yours technically was on the 31st to gain me achievement- I gave him another try and I played the game and got an app uploaded and when I asked him, I didnt get my achievement. They said that it has to be exactly 24 hours since I downloaded the game from the time, it absolutely does not say that anywhere it just says the day which I completed it before the 10th like it said. I was already having bugs with the game and now if I try to open it, I absolutely cannot play the game theres glitches. Its just impossibleto be able to move things around because it just goes right back to the original spot. So the last achievement, I was very close to you. I could not get to because of the bugs. I asked for a refund and they would not help me. My proof is in video so they used that against me too.Initial Complaint

This app supposedly pays rewards for completing game achievements. It was accumulating up to when I got to level 200, by has skipped over level 250 and 300 now. There are no restrictions on these game rewards, just hit the target level. I have emailed twice and received no response from them. The business is apparently quite deceitful by stating payments for these rewards are available but then seemingly stop when you get to a point ($4.00 is apparently too much to pay out?). At this point I want the $8.00 I am owed so that I can cash out.Initial Complaint

On 07/09/25, I completed a $400 offer through Chime which became available to me on 08/06/2025. I also worked on getting an extra $25.69 so the complete total to withdrawal was $425.69. As soon as I went to withdrawal this amount, Benjamin gave me a notification telling me they suspected fraudulent activity on my account. I reviewed the *** and made sure I never once violated the ***. I sent an email to their support only for them to completely close it without explanation. Any emails I send now are completely ignored and I can't help but feel that this is an extremely shady business practice.Customer Answer

Benjamin app allows you to download games that you an play to earn actual cash that you can spend anywhere. I've played the games and cashed out maybe once, I may have had a slight problem but I was paid out then at least the first time. So I continued playing. I never really made it to one of the bigger payouts until recently when I downloaded an app and made it to level 20 as required. And now 4-5 days later I'm still not paid the $50 that was promised when you reach level 20. They are quick to respond to comments on their app stores reviews, but cannot help me get the video they ask for to them to prove I did what was required to get paid. They want a screen recording of me going into the Benjamin app and then opening the game up to prove I reached level 20. They want a screenshot of when I downloaded the game. Even tho I have 3 different screenshots I took after reaching level 20 while waiting the 24 hours to see if the reward would show up. It did not. Then 48 hours past and now we're about 4-5 days since completing requirements. Email doesn't allow me to send screen record bc it exceeds size limit. So it feels like they're asking for something impossible to send them. Tried in the app. Kept getting "upload took to long. Connection lost" so I can't send them what they need. But again, I have 3 different screenshots on 3 different days and it shows a goal you make in the game. Play for 30 days in a row. And play 30 days in total. I have a photo of me at level 20 with 28 out of 30 days. I have one with 29 out of 30 days. And 30 out of 30 days. Which should prove I did it within 30 days as I had to. Should be breach of contract or false advertisement but it's just a game. That apparently picks and chooses when to give the rewards people worked for and was promised. I understand they want to ensure I completed it. But the impossible sending of the screen record basically means I won't get what's promised.Customer Answer

Alright so this is just another complaint about benjamin rewards game. I feel i might off been scam ,I've gained pass 25 dollars currently with ***** and wanted to cash out. I Included my ****** as my payment method and when was withdrawaling it didn't let me proceed with ******. Apparently it said benjamin doesn't work with ****** at this moment wait for further information. I have played games in this app and won money. Now, after I have enough to cash out, the app suddenly won't let me log in, saying my password is incorrect. Denying my $100 reward on the app due to me getting a new phone. I completed the terms as requested and they are denying me because I got a new phone. I sent in all requested proofs and they refused me. I completely the reward legit and with continuity between devices
