Hello, I bought a pair of Gucci sneakers, I actually own many Gucci sneakers as well as many other brands. The pair in question the color has drastically changed in a short period of time, they are white sneakers that now have a yellowish tint, I called Gucci and the reps were very helpful and confirming the proper care for my sneakers which i always follow. Nothing worked so they suggested let the repair team look at them , I sent pictures and my receipt and the response was improper care due to me storing them in the box for months, I never said I store my sneakers in the box for months nor has anyone ever told me to do so, I feel a more honest approach should have been offered to resolve my issue. I am definitely not looking for a refund or anything free however I would expect Gucci to stand by its products and offer some type of resolution to maybe repair or maybe discount for a new pair, anything besides tuff luck. I have made a purchase on July 2, 2021. The product I purchased (a purse) has turned out to be a very bad quality (photo attached). I attempted to return it to the store on July 16, but my return request has been rejected. The manager of the Gucci store said they understand that the quality of bad, but they cannot accept it and resell it. If I understand it correctly, Gucci can sell bad quality items, but cannot accept it back within two weeks.The price for the purse is 2,300$ plus 183.75$ in tax.Customer response

I went on the Gucci Official website and tried to place an order for a purse, once I got to the check out payment options came up so I used the Affirm Payment Plan, the order was 920.20$ I gave Gucci a virtual credit card for 921.00 even and I received a message in red saying payment cant be accepted,so the order didn't go through but Gucci holding one Dollar and is refusing to release it! its on my Affirm Account like I still owe because it looks like Gucci is still trying to Process A Payment,I have called and emailed this place a thousand times and have been told so many different things and lies,all I want them to do is release this hold now,I called the Corporate office today and someone claimed they would call me back they never did,I tried calling back no one answers! today is June 16th and Gucci lied and said that the hold would be removed and still its processing ,every one at Gucci Official that I called and spoke to is unprofessional ,************ is who I called pls release
